Perfect property for location in Melbourne and has 2 and 3 bedroomed apartments with bathrooms and plenty of room. Kitchenette handy with laundry even though we did not use. loved that bathroom were both levels and outdoor balconys to open windows and doors. Again chosen...More

The Alto was great! I would definitely stay there again. Super close to the Convention Centre (a nice 10 minute walk), really close to the SkyBus to the airport and trams, which I didn't take but they were right there. Also very close to Melbourne...More

Hi Nicole, Sorry for late reply, not sure about the smoking restrictions. To my knowledge its no smoking, we didn't have a balcony.

Hi, yes there is a lift, easy access to it as well. I can't answer about the sofa bed though, both times that I have stayed there our apartment did not have one. Hope this helps.
