I have stayed at some of the best Park Hyatt in the world, Park Hyatt Maldives 'Hahaha', Park Hyatt New York, Park Hyatt Shanghai and because of those hotels, I love staying at Park Hyatts because of the amazing customer service, luxurious rooms, bath products, and facilities, however this property falls short on all levels and should not be considered...

We recently stayed at the Park Hyatt for the first time and had a wonderful stay over 3 great nights. In particular we’d like to acknowledge Shafiq at the front door Sunny in the restaurant (Breakfast Restaurant ) Akiko in the Beauty treatment area and The young Korean chef in the Breakfast restaurant who engaged me in discussions about my...

It's expensive but you get a lot of room for your money. Plenty of space to spread out computer, papers etc. Comfortable king bed, feather and down pillows, my personal preference. Huge bathroom with separate bathtub (one can lie fully extended) and shower. Bergamot bath products. For my money this is a 5 star hotel.

Stayed here over a weekend to visit Melbourne as a tourist. Firstly the hotel room is fantastic - clean, great bed, quiet and a great bathroom. The front desk process was woeful, with it taking over 10 mins to check in using a booking that we'd had for months. The service at the bar is also underwhelming. Lastly, as a...

Huge, lovely room with sliding screens to separate sleeping area from dressing room and bath. This is a popular hotel for business conferences during the week and weddings on weekends, so expect a noisy lobby. Really liked the convenient location near Parliament and the free city tram. Housekeeping was a bit sloppy but the rest of the staff were very...

Don't get me wrong, it's still a 5star hotel. But in the Hyatt world, it has one of the poorest customer service. The worst was probably room service. I have stayed for 5 nights, coffee pads were never replaced, carpet was rarely cleaned which was still good compared with bathroom shelf - white stains on the glass were of historical...

We stayed here for a night to celebrate my wife's birthday. The hotel is located in a great position within walking distance of the gardens, cathedral and so on. It's five minutes to Flinders Lane so heaps of amazing dining options. The hotel itself was top notch. Although not the most modern design, the attention to detail from the staff...

The Park Hyatt Melbourne isn't in the heart of the action (The Grand Hyatt is a better choice for that) but it is extremely elegant and comfortable and I preferred this location. It must be good if the richest man in the world stays there! We ran into Bill and Melinda Gates in the elevator! I was too starstruck to...
