I have stayed in many places and all I can say is that from check to check out can not fault it at all. The rooms are nice and comfortable . Staff attentive and nothing is too hard. Even the Valet parking was a breeze. Much better than the Grand Hyatt in Collins st.

Nice room - shame that I paid for access to the lounge and it was closed, the temporary lounge on level one was not open for very long and it didn't have any choice. I wasn't happy, as I had booked the hotel as a treat for me and my other half to enjoy before and after the tennis. Unfortunately...

Dear Valued guest, We do appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback, please accept my apology for not meeting your expectations. Our Executive Lounge was relocated over weekend to level one, we ensured that the operating hours, food and beverage offering remains the same. It certainly disappoint me to hear that wasn't what you have...

I've been to this hotel many times before and everytime I liked my stay very much! But this time I finally went for the breakfast and I loved it! There is machine to make pancakes on your own and you can also make freshly squeezed juice.... Only thing I was missing was more selection of vegetables. There were only cherry...

We stayed on and off while our son was in Epworth Richmond, 15mins walk away and 5 mins on tram.. We stayed one night on one off for over a week and they could not have been more accommodating allowing for car parking after checkout time etc, this was all happening at one of the busiest times, while the tennis...

We have recently returned from 2 nights at the Pullman. The hotel is definitely not 5 star, more like 3.5. The rooms, elevators and common areas are extremely dated and old fashioned. The bathroom was easily one of the worst I have seen. Very old, taps are right down the bottom, poor shower head, average towels, not much room etc....

I recently stayed here with my son to attend the tennis venue and explore the sights of Melbourne. The staff was very kind and helpful and I want to especially thank JENNA who was such a professional hostess @ the executive lounge. I hope to return next year and look forward to staying at the Pullman once again. Kathleen Wray

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights across the Aus open, booked a mystery deal so got a very reasonable price. The hotel itself is nice, as other say it's a bit dated but certainly not bad! Rooms are clean, bed very comfy and service was always friendly. I did have a few drawbacks though. My partner and I...

For what I thought was a 4 star hotel, I was surprised by the overall condition of the place (lobby, lift, bathroom, TV); the bed was comfortable and the location was great for the Australian Open, breakfast was decent enough. If not for the location, I could have paid significantly less for a better condition hotel - greatly in need...

It's about a 15 minute walk to the free tram zone and a less than 10 minute stroll to the tennis and MCG. It was a much older style building than I had expected but the traditional interior really grew on me. I was greeted by very helpful staff who made sure my room was ready and offered me a...

My husband was having surgery and the Pullman is only a 5 minute walk to the hospital. The friendliness of the staff is excellent as is their customer service.
