Great location for a great price! Would definitely stay here again. Most guests were at this hostel long term (3+ weeks). Great atmosphere in the common room in the afternoon, kitchen is decent, bathrooms are clean, dorms are a great size too. Lockers in the rooms are huge. Unfortunately there is no free wifi, but there is a MacDonalds across...

Thank you for your fabulous review. We also think that we have a great atmosphere in our venue by providing events in our bar and having other communal areas where our guests can socialise. A clean venue is one of our top priorities that all of our staff help to maintain. Our unlimited internet is now only $2 a day,...

Not allowed me to make an early check in and in not very frendly manner sayd to come back 2pm. I came today by Spirit of Tasmania from Devonport 6.30am, slept just 4 hours and only my dream was to come to this "fantastic" hotel as I trusted most of the reviews and have a shower and a bed. I...

Clean rooms, clean kitchen, free brekky, good showers, ideal location, heaters and air con in the rooms, washing machines that actually work and multiple tv lounges to watch the box. All round a decent place to stay for $160 week. Definitely no need to move on anytime soon.

Located in Southbank with two supermarkets around the corner and just 10min to the city/free tram, Urban is a good accomodation with a perfect value for money. A sufficiently breaktfast is included and feed you as well as the cheap bbq dinner every night if u are lazy to cook. The kitchen has enough fridges but is too small for...

Thank you for your review, We also think that our location is great. We are minutes from a tram stop, supermarkets, South Melbourne market and a short walk into the CBD. A free breakfast is a great way to start your day of exploring. Our Kitchen does get busy at times however we try to alleviate this by having a...

We chose Urban Central because of its close proximity to our destination for the night, the Tramcar Restaurant so we only wanted a bed to sleep basically. It was less than a five minute walk from the Tramcar departure point and a further couple of minutes to the Crown Casino complex. Trams ran right past the door. For the price...

Great hostel, location is legendary. Hotties everywhere and the neighboring bros always have your back. Next door to Maccas with free WiFi. Their parking is always full. $2 burgers all day. Lots of people to bum cigarettes from. I would recommend this hostel to my mother, but probably not my younger brother. - G

Thank you for the awesome review! We are located across the road from McDonald’s where you can access their free WIFI. Overall I think it is a very good place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean and there is a cheap option for dinner. It is close enough to the city to walk which is also a big plus. The only downside is that WiFi is a little bit extra, but I would definitely stay here again.
