Very nice quiet hotel, with friendly staff and spacious clean rooms. The big BUT is parking. Parking is limited to one park out front only (difficult to score), followed by ten minutes to relocate car several streets away in a car park that double and triple parks your car to maximise available space. I'm surprised this is legal. You have...

Great value hotel apartment in a central location within a short walk of the harbour, Salamanca Battery point, the maritime museum, the art gallery, the ferry to MONA and to many attractions and facilities.

I took my two sons away for mothers day. We all loved the night there. The only complaint from my two sons was that we should of staid longer. The room was so clean and cosy. The staff just wonderful!

Stayed in a studio with kitchenette. facilities good. Room on first floor near corner of street intersection - windows double glassed so room was very quiet - quieter than I expected when I saw the room position. Overall a very enjoyable stay

Location is great as it is well located between the city and Salamanca. The rooms are quite large and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was a bit of an issue as the car park was 2 blocks away and on the 7th level of a multi level car park.

Dear Anthony Thank you for your feedback. It was nice to read that the location and the facilities suited all your needs whilst visiting the city of Hobart. The location of this hotel is its most appealing aspect as you are close to everything and there is much to see and do in the city, waterfront and beyond. We acknowledge...

There is no elevator only stairs to the 3rd floor. Parking is offsite and we were only advised that we had to pay for it when we checked out. Bathroom large but very tiny plastic moulded shower. Apartments clean and staff friendly.

Dear John If our guests require parking it is our policy on check to explain how parking works and offer a little map on directions on how to get there and the fees involved. I am sorry if this was missed on your arrival. Due to the great location of the hotel.....right on the corner of an inner city block,...

We were very comfortable but the pedestrian crossing going off constantly without activation was a nightmare. Ask for a room away from it if possible. Also be very careful cooking as the smoke detector is very sensitive and goes off way too easily.

Dear Valerie Thank you for your feedback and it is valuable feedback in assisting guests to request for a quiet room to eliminate any disturbance. Due to the age of the building we do have very sensitive smoke detectors, and again this is sometime we try to communicate to our guests on check in. We were pleased the location was...

I have never had a night like it, the steet noise was really loud and until 2 am you could hear every choice word of drunk yobbos, every hour a loud clock blared out and then at 5.20 am the council moved in a fleet of beeping machines to clean the bus stop outside our window.

Dear Guest We were very sorry to learn it was a bad and negative experience for your night at Quest Savoy. Our guests should not have to endue these disturbances, however we do acknowledge this does occur from time to time. The city can come alive at night even though Hobart is a small populated city and not necessarily offering...

Stayed in this very central hotel for two nights. While arrival was a nightmare once we knew where the car park was our stay was really enjoyable, comfy room with a king bed( room 206) and a spa bath which was a lovely surprise we didn't need the car as getting around Hobart was so easy and only a short...
