Had a wonderful stay at Meriam B&B. Our host was absolutely wonderful and the home is beautiful with many layers of history. Amenities upstairs are great with a fabulous kitchen with everything you need. Our room was comfy and spacious and the bathroom was neat and tidy. Would definitely stay at Meriam again.

Travelled to Hobart with a group of friends. We booked Meriam for our four night stay and were treated to a wonderful experience. The house is well cared for the garden is tranquil and the hosts exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and they were amazing - can not speak more highly of how much we enjoyed our stay.

Our group of 4 couples stayed at Meriam Bed and Breakfast for 4 nights including new year. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom/ensuite which were very comfortable and clean. There is a lovely kitchen on the same floor with everything you need if you wanted to be self catering. Sead, our host, was more than accommodating during our...

However, it is not perfect. The house is old and distinguished, but in some respects, it is just old. Our bed was not very good. We had the breakfast for an extra fee, which was excellent, but I think that it should be included in the room price. The host is a wonderful person from Bosnia, and is a great...

Saed and Mubera are proud delightful hosts of this lovingly cared for historic home. There are four large lovely rooms on the first floor with an attached kitchen. This kitchen is about to be extended and modernised. It enables not only BnB but for those who wish to self cater to do so. This upstairs provides guests their own personal...

This historic home is lovely and comfortable. There is a kitchen upstairs with all dishes, etc. with a small table, refrig and microwave, as well as washer and dryer for guests to use. Sead is very gracious and accommodating; he picked us up and took us back to the airport for a 30 AUS fee each way.$15/pp charge for a...

Of all the places we've stayed in Tasmania this is definitely the best. Received a very warm welcome from Sead on arrival and taken to beautiful tastefully decorated room, very clean and bed very comfortable. We did not have an ensuite but our own seperate bathroom which was close enough to feel like an ensuite. Cooked breakfasts and options available...

From the very beginning this stay was a rewarding experience. Sead made sure we were comfortable and gave us lots of advice regarding touring the area. He even drove us to collect our rental car. The place is charming and spotlessly clean. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Miriam B&B.

This one's got the best value on money ever. It's very clean, and very cozy, and our room has got Mt Wellington as its backdrop. Plus, I've just met the most amazing hosts ever, Sead his wife Marvba, and his sister Supha. They never missed out a day of calling us out for breakfast and tending to our travel needs....

We booked at the last minute and I'm so glad we did! Upon arriving we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. We booked a twin room which was everything we required. Hot shower, comfortable beds, peaceful and restful. And all very clean. Will happily stay here again.
