Lovely house with a beautiful garden and very nice owners. Delicous jams and marmelades! Little bit out of town, but restaurants near by and the bus towards the city stops just across the street. Good informations provided by Karen.

We were pleased with the location and friendliness of staff. Very helpful in advice on shops. Food was good and included home made jams and fruit which we enjoyed very much. Good value for money. Location was good as it is close to city and other tourist attractions. Lovely outlook and view from balcony at back of accommodation.

$125 p/n cheap by Hobart standards. Restored sandstone home with two b&b rooms on the ground floor. Interesting history and garden. Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms, very helpful hosts. Shared bathroom, toilet and small kitchenette facilities not too our liking but would be OK if shared with family or friends. Breakfast so-so compared to other b&b's and rooms would be better...

What a lovely old world b & b. The hosts were fantastic, very friendly and nothing was a problem. Their home was your home always there to help. Romm was nice and comfortable, close to lots of restaurants and buses so no need to drive, we actually walked into the town.

We loved this place! It was fantastic staying in an historic sandstone cottage which has been so lovingly restored. Roger and Karen were very welcoming and provided us with much information on the local area. We loved the garden (and its large sunflowers) with its view over the mountains and all the fresh produce made for wonderful jams with our...

I had a great time in this friendly B&B. The hosts were very friendly with suggestions of where to go and the highlights of Hobart including a night market and the ferry trip to MONA. Rooms were clean in a historic atmosphere. This is my second stay and I would go back again.

Lovely to see you again as you escaped Queensland heat for Hobart's delicious summer temperature.

Bendalls is a great option for those not needing the city centre on their door step, and who appreciate some suburban hospitality in Hobart. Whilst it may not be that near to the central attractions around the docks, Bendalls is very close to the many dining and drinking options of the North Hobart section of Elizabeth Street. When booking our...

We stayed with our hosts Roger and Karen minuets from town in a quiet setting. The facilities were clean quiet with a taste of nostalgia. Anyone looking for good accommodation in Hobart this is fairly priced place. Lovely veranda overlooking a pretty garden, well worth it!

Bendalls B&B was great! Karen and Roger were fantastic hosts! The B&B was in a good quiet location, just a short walk to North Hobart shops. We've recomended the spot to several of our friends already.
