Imagine walking onto the set of Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries . . . this was what it felt like as we entered into the reception area of the Princes Lodge Motel in North Adelaide. This 1913 grand mansion was in the 1970’s converted into a motel of 23 rooms and was a pleasure to stay at. The room was huge...

This is a great place to stop for any age whether solo or couple or family on a budget. Basic but nice, clean and with breaky included. So central to everything. Great price for what you get. I would recommend to anyone.

Stayed for 6 nights. The owner/ managers are friendly and are most helpful with enquiries about local attractions. This tradional Adelaide dwelling has had a very interesting history to date and, in its current life, provides good quality 3-star accommodation with added character! And continental breakfast in the dining room is included in the modest tariff. Will definitely return on...

Don't expect luxury. This is an unashamedly 2-3 star establishment that delivers unrenovated old world charm, a comfy bed, excellent shower and a great location. Great value with cereal & toast thrown in for brekky if you want it. 5 minute walk to an amazing collection of restaurants in North Adelaide and 20 minute walk (or free city bus ride)...

So if you want free parking, breakfast, Internet, next to a convenient free bus service this place is for you . It's not a Hilton and if that's you benchmark stay away. It's a comfortable clean reasonable priced value option for those on a budjet.

Loved this place! Close to great eateries and the heart of Adelaide yet very reasonably priced. Rooms are clean and tidy. Enjoyed staying in a bit of history :) it is well located for sight seeing and we found walking everywhere the best experience.

We stay here each time we visit Adelaide. It's only 5 minutes from the CBD by bicycle, and a 5 minute walk to O'Connell Streets many pubs and restaurants. Rooms are small and simple, but for what they charge, it is value for money. The breakfast is basic and adequate, with a choice of juices, choice of cereals, tinned peaches,...

Stayed for the weekend for a family function. It was centrally located and closest to the hotel where the family function was held. We had a family room and the room was ok but suited to our needs and budget. Continental breakfast was included which is good. Despite the wet weather during our stay, the hotel was very nice and...
