Stayed here twice in 2015 and can't wait to do so again this year. Staff were attentive and helpful, facilities were top class, meals great value and very tasty. We even spoiled ourselves and had room service which I have never done before. And it was definitely worth it. Would recommend this hotel for everyone. It's not the cheapest place...

Service was great (except the Barista forgot to make my coffee, but these things happen). Room itself was described to have a "good outlook" but the view of a dirty courtyard and back of a building was not ideal. Unique hotel but a bit dark and dated - looks better in website pictures.

I have to say I love this hotel. This was only my second stay at the Playford in Adelaide, but I was greeted with a "welcome back" with reception on checking in. Yes, it may be cheesy, & I know they have my details on their computer, but it was a lovely gesture all the same. I was treated to...

The rooms are nice and big and the beds are good. If I was going to be picky I would say the cleaners need to take more time. If you can get into the place then it's a must stay place in Adelaide but if you want to eat at the restaurant make sure you book as that also does...

We had four nights there, staff really friendly and helpful. Food was really excellent. Pool could have been a bit warmer although very refreshing on a summers day, not sure if it was winter! It was easy to get fresh milk for tea/coffee and not the long life milk that hotels always have although they have that as well. We...

Stayed at The Playford twice in Feb for business. Great place and in a great spot. Wonderful old fashioned service - like everyone saying good morning and going out of their way to help you. Often missing in other hotels. In room breakfast was fantastic! Will stay again when next in Adelaide for business or pleasure!

This clean and efficient hotel is a stones throw from the hub of the Festival centre, very handy as you don't need a cab and can stroll back after a night at the theatre. Lovely suites excellent epicurean breakfast buffet. Staff commodious and only to happy to help! Would recommend to anybody going to shows at the Festival!

The hotel is lovely - great location, friendly staff and great facilities. However the rooms get incredibly noisy around midnight until 3am on Friday and Saturday evenings as it's opposite a night club. I'm not talking about some faint background noise, but you can actually hear every word of the songs with people singing along as well as the loitering...
