This was our third or fourth stay at Adabco. The room cost has risen and breakfast is no longer included in the tariff (but is available for a small extra cost). Also some of the facilities (especially the bathrooms and TV) are showing their age. However it is still good value, very comfortable and convenient with easy parking (for a...

The hotel is a small boutique property, close enough to walk to Victoria Square, Rundle mall and the Central market. Polite staff and well maintained property. The room was spacious enough for me as a solo traveller but is pretty good size for a couple as well!

Adabco hotel offers amazing value for money, with an interior that feels 'classy'. Room size was bigger than expected with lovely desk and also a true 'lounge' chair in the room. Breakfast can be purchased for $16 and offered a very satisfying Continental Buffet. A shared lounge area is gracious and spacious. Shared kitchen areas are a fabulous addition. Our...

We stayed here during Fringe time - it was directly in between The Garden of Unearthly Delights and the theatre we were seeing an act at. The room was clean and large, and would've been fantastic value if we paid the regular rate, however was inflated due to a long weekend, the Fringe, Womad and everything else associated with Mad...

The window looked across towards victoria square, to the west. and had good block out curtains and wooden shutters. The room was reasonable in size and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small but was functional with plenty of towels and ample hot water...

I booked quite a while ahead for the last week of the festival. My room was large, attractive with a good bed and a shower room. Everything was comfortable. There was a large equipped kitchen with dining area out onto a balcony for self catering. Excellent reliable wifi. Log on only once at the start of your stay with provided...

Overall good stay- staff great. Corridor smelled of fly spray but otherwise great. Good cooking facility if you need it. Handy for the city- 10 minute flat walk to the centre. Room was fine but a little tired in places.
