Has been very exciting to spend two days on an island so small and uncrowded and to be able to walk by everywhere and watch de sunset. All the staff was very friendly and kindly. We annoying that in reception they told us we could see the stars through a telescope and was not true.

From the moment we checked in for the catamaran ride over from Cairns we were made to feel special. Our blue sticker identification separated us from the day tourists. While our room wasn't ready until 11:30 we had a chance to explore and get our snorkel equipment which was included in our room. Our room was on the 2 floor...

The Island is very beautiful and we loved the resort, nothing was too much trouble and we felt very spoilt. The island does get very busy during the day with day trippers but at 4.30pm when they all go home the island feels all yours. As a resort guest you have your own pool so you can escape the hoards...

How many times you have been lookinf for a place to get away? Green island is one of them! A tropical island in middle of Great barrier reef, a place you can enjoy at all time of the day. Snorkeling is for sure one of the best experience you can do and once you are in the water a new...

Our family of four stayed at Green Island in mid-March and has a wonderful time. This was easily the highlight of our three week Australian adventure. The island is a stunning natural paradise, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean and the food was marvellous. The guest pool is also very special - surrounded by...

I have been to Green Island many times before as a day tripper but had never stayed the night. The island does get very busy with hundreds and hundreds of people visiting each day but despite this as a Resort guest you feel like you are treated a little extra special. All the staff from the Resort, Restaurant and Great...

This is a highlight trip! Easy boat trip to the island which has nice beaches and warm water. Seems busy until 430pm when almost everyone leaves the island. The guests at the hotel then have the island to themselves. The resort naturalist give 2 outings worth attending the first followed by a champagne break on the jette-beautiful. The meals were...

My partner and have had the most amazing stay at Green Island Resort and are hesitant to leave. The staff are absolutely amazing and nothing was too much trouble you just had to ask. Although there isn't much choice dinning wise once the day trip people leave the staff were always accommodating to each individual's needs. The day trippers can...

My wife and I spent 3 days and nights at the Green Island Resort on the Great Barrier Reef near Cairns. It is on a very small island (the only sand island with a rain forest on the GBR), and is principally a day trip destination for diving and snorkeling activities. The accommodations for the overnight guests, who were relatively...

Our family had a good day here. The waiter service attitude and professionalism left a good impression on me. Myphone fell into the sea, but luckily finded back, the waiter also help me to take some rice to absorb moisture, although it not worked, but still very thank them! The island's activities are very interesting, especially diving to see coral...
