The 1 bedroom 'suite' was spacious. There is no road noise as the accommodation is set well back off Ross River Road. The room was adequate for a night, but everything could do with a good clean and its probably time for a refurbishment. We ate dinner with friends at the Vale which was a less than a one minute...

Booked for dinner...7.30pm..arrived early to meet friends in gaming lounge...Sportsbar closed for entertainment no mention of this at time of booking...then drinks served in plastic cups...not the best way to drink a Corona...bar staff approached as patrons not informed of service change...barmaid following "the rule"....discussed with manager who thankfully replaced plastic cup with a bottled drink...thank you. Soon as we arrived we noticed no wheel chair access to the main office or to any of the rooms, reception wasn't very friendly, the place might be in a handy spot to the pub and shops but with no wheel chair access wasn't for us, we ended up at Cluden Park motel bit outta the way but nice

Last week we ate here twice, meals in the Steakhouse are well priced and decent sized servings. They have many selections (prices), entry level just under $15.00 with a range of meat, chicken and seafood dishes, also on offer are more expensive meals, around $40.00 desserts are extra. There are around 7 different boutique beers on tap served ice cold...

The receptionist was rude and dismissive, the room was partially cleaned (there was hair all over the bathroom floor) and the dividing door between rooms was not locked nor was it...
