We loved our short stay here and cannot wait to come back. Friendly staff, spacious clean rooms, bistro, cafe, playgrounds, water parks, even a mini supermarket. You really don't ever need to leave, let the kids enjoy themselves and sit back in the cafe and bar and enjoy a drink. I also disagree with some of the other reviews, if...

Dear Deedee126 Thank you for providing a review of your recent stay. Noise is definitely everywhere during the day with kids excited and enjoying the water parks and activities. Just this afternoon we had just about the entire pool area singing Happy Birthday to Captain when he cut his cake and shared with the crowd. Short stays are fun, longer...

I've seen a lot of bad reviews on here before I went away and was a little worried but we have just returned and we had an awesome time the room wasn't very modern but it was very clean. The kids had a blast at the kids club and the water park. The restaurant was just normal restaurant prices and...

Our young family stayed in the superior family room and it was really great! I wish for a room at that price that we had our own washer and dryer though. We loved the cafe as a casual place to eat with a great menu, we also loved that we could use the bistro if we wanted something nicer. The...

This resort is great. I'm sick of seeing the bad reviews about the rooms, it seems to be people who have booked the original old rooms not the refurbished ones, so really you have no right to complain! As for the noise complaints, it's a KIDS resort get over it. The kids club is great, we have no family to...

Dear clostar21 Thank you for providing a frank review. We offer 9 different room styles to cater for many tastes, however everyone has different needs and expectations of what they want in a holiday, sometimes we are not the right property to meet those needs. As for the noise, you are completely correct. We are noisy, loud and fun. That...

This is a very popular resort which has received many awards. Yesterday I counted 98 people in what is a very small swimming pool. It isn't possible to 'swim' - it is more like a human soup pot. We then had to leave the pool as there were two pieces of faeces in the pool which took about 30 minutes...

This resort is fantastic for young children and mum and dads that want a break. The water slides keep the kids entertained most of the day while you get to relax on the lounges. Dear Brightonchick_10 Thank you for leaving a comment on your recent stay. The water slides usually wear out the kids after a full day of play, activities and entertainment. The show also receives a lot of positive feedback which i guess is easy when Captain, Cleo, Astro and Dusty love to entertain the crowds. Hopefully you venture back to Paradise...
