We loved the bath on the patio! The hotel is gorgeous on the outside and the gardens are beautiful. It is exactly what you would expect from a Peppers chain - nothing quirky or fun but clean and easy. The stripy beach towel for the beach was much appreciated.

Location was great, away from the busy Macrossan street but very close to walk to it. Spa Suite was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Spa on the balcony is a good choice if you have more time to use it. Next time I would choose swim up suite.

My partner and I came here for a nice little getaway. The customer service here is exceptional, but I simply must give a shout out to Alexis who works in the pool bar. Not only does she make a mean cocktail, her bubbly smile and genuine conversations made ordering anything from her an absolute delight. She is an absolute asset...

Great place to stay, we were very happy with the room and bed very comfortable. We were on the 2rd floor overlooking the pool. Loved the BBQ on the balcony used it for breakfast & occasional evening meal. Would have given a 5/5 if the pool side lounge cushions were of better quality.

We stayed for two nights in a great room on the top floor. It ended up being a two bed apartment even though we only booked a"room". The check in staff were really friendly. The room had a balcony over looking the pool, which has its on beach. If you have small kids then this would be ideal as the...

Pros: Friendly service, amazing pool, great location. This is why the price is so high... Cons: very expensive for a studio room and pathetically small and poorly equipped "gym. We didn't use the pool much either- next time

There are a lot of things to like about Peppers. It's beautiful, the rooms are lovely and the service is great. However, if you are looking to relax in a peaceful location, this is not the place for you. The pool is filled with kids and obviously they are not quiet, despite the sign at the pool entrance saying "noise...

Great lagoon in the middle of the hotel. Really nice exterior and beautiful albeit small gardens. The room was nice and clean. It was exactly what we booked but I had forgotten I love the character and fun experience of staying in quirky places rather than chains. The bath tub on the balcony was nice. The staff were very friendly...

Overall very happy with the accommodation. The only things that stopped me from giving it 5/5 are: - often pool side was very noisy and unrelaxing with screaming children - one of the bedrooms was very stuffy despite the air con being on all night
