We received clean sheets and towels on the day we had furniture replaced. Otherwise I understand we would not have been entitled to them. All these things should automatically be included not having to pay hefty prices for them. We live clean and hygienically at home ad wish to do so when we are holidaying

Great room not far from beach or main shopping street. Great view of the resort from the balcony and the spa was most enjoyable of an evening. Service was very good and staff quite friendly and helpful. Only down side was not much fresh sea food available in restaurant.

A fantastic resort with everything you might need. Helpful staff. Can't beat the location in Port Douglas. The resort restaurant was fantastic, although the portion size was a little small ( especially for the price) in both our meals, either leaving us still a bit hungry or in need of desert. We only ate there once, as there was such...

Very close to the beach, and restaurants in the Main Street with no need to get on to a shuttle back to the hotel. Quiet location with all ammenities and a great pool for the kids. Drinks at the bar are expensive.

We love all things about this resort. Great rooms, proximity to town for shopping, dining out. Our suite was just lovely. The pool and sandy beach are beautiful. Fantastic venue for couples and families. We will definitely be staying there again.

Having read others reviews I had quite high expectations. I found the overall resort to be nice, service was good although the rooms are very tired and the standard of cleaning was poor. Good location and well equipped for families. Room service was good and food and drink quality was excellebt

Daily Housekeeping was not good. Location of hotel was excellent for walking distance into town. Phone in room did not work to call our other room on our reservation. Was very inconvenient and never got resolved during our stay.

Everything is good except the WiFi limitation which we need to pay extra for more data usage. The check in staff are so friendly. the cleanness of the room is excellent and the toiletries are replaced straight away. I would absolutely recommend this place to my friends.

Have a 2 week stay at peppers. Doesn't feel like 5 star. The rooms are clean, spa suite is small. Service is nice but they can sometimes be a little abrupt as the front desk can get quite busy. Breakfast is ok not a wide selection. They forgot to leave bath towels after servicing our room. I would recommend going...
