No proper curtains! It is Australia where you have light already at 5.30 am! MyAC is loud and blowing into the head! AC temperature does NOT go below 22C! Reception confirmed that they set remote control for it not to go below 22 C! Absolutely shocking! Stayed one night and will not go to Peppers ever again. There are 5...

This is the second time we have stayed at the report and we were very disappointed. When we checked in no one helped with our luggage up 2 x flight of stairs. We were not shown to our room just given verbal directions, hence we got lost! The lounges around the pool were broken and in need of repair/replacement. When...

Dear Maguire2746, We pride ourselves on our service standards and regularly receive positive feedback, it is disappointing to learn that we did not meet your expectation and apologise for failing to deliver in this instance. We are working with the Body Corporate to get the sun lounges replaced. Your feedback has been shared with all the managers within the Resort....

Everything about peppers says luxury. Our penthouse apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything you needed. The staff were so helpful and friendly and nothing was a hassle. The pool was also a standout.

Great location. Rooms were modern and clean. Pool was excellent. Very family focused so good for us but maybe not a romantic couple place. Service was great by some staff members but a bit bored by others.

we had an amazing start to our honeymoon. The resort is stunning and the staff super helpful. We loved the pool area which was perfect for our son. The room we were given was huge and our son had his cot set up separately from our room which was lovely. We had a bottle of bubbles delivered to our room...

Lovely resort. Fantastic Pool and close to Macrossan St as well as the beach. Our room was beautiful, quiet and had all amenities we could possibly ask for. Our bedrooms did, however, need block out blinds as they faced a car park that always had its lights on. We have always loved Port Douglas. Staying at Peppers makes it a...

See complaints left for management with Toni at the front desk. Management should follow up complaints if they care.No house cleaning for 3 days after complaints to Denise and Ben at the front desk.I should just have to tick these boxes and feel happy with my stay.

We booked 2 rooms over 6 months ago assuming that the rooms would be near each other, this was not the case. They were on completely different levels in different areas. Upon walking into our spa-suite room I was very disappointed, very small rooms, you can barely move! I had to get the cot changed after the first night as...

Recently went here with 4 adults and our 6 month old baby. Had a fantastic two bedroom apartment (adjoining hotel room) and balcony overlooking the pool with a BBQ. Pool stunning with built in 'beach' which makes it perfect for young children to play and swim safely under supervision. Short 6 min walk into Port Douglas centre. One block from...

The highlight of our stay was the pool. Fantastic for small children in our group. Pool lounges in bad condition and uncomfortable. Check your room booking carefully as information was not conveyed clearly by Peppers' staff. Baby pram stolen from inside resort which was most disappointing and very costly.
