This was our 4th stay and for the 7 days we fully enjoyed every day - The staff and facilities were 1st class . Loved our time there .Walking distance to all facilities in town and that tropical experience was always there .

Stayed 5 nights Peppers Palm Cove, brilliant, cant say enough!!! Booked next 2 at Peppers Port Douglas. Very high humidity at both places, booked a larger room/suite at Palm Cove and perhaps the smaller Spa room at Port Douglas with outside spa, contributed to the challenge of mould smell/ mustiness in two rooms. Moved from first room straight away as...

What a fantastic little gem of a place!! After touring around in a coach, it was such a relief to be able to relax for 2 days and the sun was out!! The rooms are set around the pool that is as warm as a bath and really clever with a beach setting, Wonderful. Our balcony had it's own hot...

You are in paradise (Far North Queensland) and presumably can afford the hotel accommodations that will be a complimentary experience. We had a 4-night stay in mid March that was just that. The pool pictures got us to book and proved relaxing, the comfortable rooms with kitchen are convenient, and all the staff professional and helpful. But leave the hotel....

Fabulous food and service at restaurant/bar. Only downside - restaurant area very hot and humid in summer but we were told there are plans to redesign this area, so that should make a...

The only issue we had was pool temperature was very warm. The rest of the property was clean and tidy the staff were friendly and efficient. The location is very close to the main street everything is within easy walking distance.

We do not generally stay at resort hotels, but decided to treat ourselves. We could not have been happier. Peppers was beautiful, the staff were so helpful and accommodating. We really loved our stay and plan to go back some time. Also, being in Port Douglas vs. Cairns, saved us 2+ hours each day on tours of Daintree Rainforest, or...
