We stayed at Mai Tai for two nights and couldn't have had a better experience! The location of the resort was beautiful and made for a great experience. Andre and Anthony were most helpful during our stay, they were excellent hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable than we could have imagined. They are...

My goodness.... What can I say about Mai Tai that hasn't already been said? In short, the place (and the owners) are fabulous! Of course every review preceeding mine articulates in exquisite detail how wonderful Mai Tai is, but allow me to add my two cents.... Firstly, Andre and Anthony give a new definition to 'personalised service'. Whilst staying at...

We are regulars to Port Douglas having stayed at Sea Temple and Bale on previous visits. On a prior visit we called into Mai Tai and were impressed by the location and decided to give it a go when next holidaying in the area. We booked online and managed to secure the Executive Villa at the discounted rate of $450...

If Buddha himself needed a holiday this is where he would stay! It is absolutely wonderful and the two guys who own it Anthony and Andree are meticulous in presenting this tropical heaven! Their attention to detail is brilliant and the glorious timber furnishings and ornaments and statues placed around this getaway is just stunning! But don't listen to me,...

My wife and I just completed a 4-night stay at Mai Tai as the beginning leg to a two week holiday in Australia and NZ. Without a doubt this was the best bed & breakfast experience we have ever had. From the moment we arrived Andre and Anthony made us feel right at home - only this home was paradise...

The title says it all... but it wouldn't be a review without a little more information ....so here it goes. From the moment we drove in our hire car up the quite substantially high driveway( when you get to the top you understand why) and viewed the authentic Balinese statues either side of the open and welcoming entrance to the...

Beautiful views, nature on your doorstep, tasteful South-East Asian decor, friendly/helpful/welcoming staff. Can one say much more? The owner-managers clearly built and run this place as their pride and passion and it shows. A few days here is like a relaxing little piece of bliss.

From the second you see Mai Tai Resort peek over the crest of the driveway, you know you’re in heaven. An amazing Balinese styled resort makes you feel like you’re hidden in the jungles of Asia. Very secluded on the edge of the rainforest, relaxing in privacy is first on the agenda. We opened the door to the Poppy Suite;...

My boyfriend had booked this as a treat for the last five days of our holiday and so I didn't know what to expect. I was so pleasantly surprised I think I may let him make all the holiday arrangements from now on! Mai Tai is such a relaxing, friendly and beautiful resort we were so sorry to leave to...
