Great property in a good location. Spa would have been nice if it was a couple degrees warmer. Free wifi in rooms or even reception would be a good idea. Overall it was a very pleasant stay thank you!

We arrived just after 18:00 and the pool bar had just shut meaning there was no food available at the hotel to get for dinner. Being tired from a long day of travelling (flying from Singapore-Melbourne-Cairns) this was not ideal. The hotel is located on the main road in and out of Port D and we were told to get...

We asked for a quiet room and it was! Very clean room with lovely balcony overlooking the quiet lap pool. So close to beach and lovely stroll to Main Street. Great value for money. Continental breakfast was included and they even provided gluten free bread and soy milk.

Was so embarrassed when we saw room , just so tiny , no place to dry towels or swimwear , no microwave It really spoiled our holiday 30 year anniversary as we met in port 30 years ago, staff were great ,can,t blame them , but should not be allowed to rent out half a unit and all the people...

First let me say they we had a fantastic time and I would come back here,However I have a few criticisms. Our room was one floor up from reception and 3 floors up from the car park and there is no lift. A definite problem when you need to get your bags up and down the stairs. Our bed was...

Disappointing facility, intolerant staff, room keys from the adjacent unit opened our door, very small (second bedroom ) one linen change and towel refresh in 9 nights, window panes levers broken, rubbish bags left in hall for two days, desk not manned after 10 pm. Overall room was misrepresented and overpriced. Breakfast was average. Location near beach is good, pool...

I'll come clean before I critique this hotel - I'm a devotee of 5 star hotels and when I descend to 4 star I am very selective. Maybe the ones I've been to before have been the outliers?! I travel most weeks though and am rarely disappointed if I do my homework. This time I used wotif and did the...
