We love the lagoon pools. There are several and they are spread out and really private with tropical surroundings. not too deep so good for kids of all ages. Rooms are bullet proof concrete block but nice and cool on hot days. Good info center on activities around town. Breakfast is huge in the buffet selection. Used to have free...

My husband and I stayed here while we were in Cairns. We found the lobby to be inviting and comfortable. Our room was very nice. The gardens and pool area including the pathways to the rooms are clean and very beautiful. This was the nicest accommodations we had while we were in Australia for 30 plus days. It was definitely...

We stayed here for a week. It would have been difficult without a hire car. They run buses into town but its a little pricey for a family and takes a very circuitous route. Local buses are walking distance away, but no shops or anything around the resort. The resort grounds are amazing, and worth spending time exploring. Facilities are...

This is an excellent family friendly hotel. Our package included kids eat free whilst in the main restaurant which saved a lot of money. Accommodation is good and the four pools are excellent. The cost of the poolside bar and homestead restaurant were very reasonable. A car is needed for getting out and about other than cairns city. The staff...

As an Accor Advantage Plus Member, we like comfort and value. This resort in tropical North Queensland presents to us as very good value for money and with more space than many similar to this. There is good desk space and plenty of power points.

With daughter and two grandchildren in a convenient 2 room accommodation. Enjoyed pools, tropical surroundings and location near airport. Would have appreciated free WiFi since third party service offered did not always log off, even when clicked. Would highly recommend to friends,.

Stayed here for a quick overnight stay. Arrived late @ midnight and left early @ 530am. Staff was cheerful and thoughtful. I initially was booked into a room way at the back of the property (which is extensive) but they moved me into a room much closer. Much nicer considering the duration of my stay. The room was clean and...

We stayed for 2 nights in early September and were a little disappointed with our room. It had 2 lovely queen sized beds and the decor in the main bedroom was nice but the bathroom was a little out dated with a shower over bath and no extractor fan in the bathroom or toilet. It also overlooked the childrens pool...

We stayed for 1 week as there was a soccer carnival with om with lots of clubs. The hotel does a very good deal for the week. Our room was OK for the price and had asked to be in a quiet area which they allocated. Gardens are lovely as always. Great pool areas. Staff pleasant. Had on buffet dinner...

Thank you for your comments - they are appreciated. The 'annual soccer' carnival held next door makes for a wonderful week at the Resort with many familiar faces returning year after year! Great rates are offered making it ideal for families especially around school holidays. We do endeavour to offer affordable dinning options as well for families - your comments...
