Spent 3 days at this wonderful hotel. My wife were upgraded to a suite and we both had a wonderful time. The room was clean and the bathroom amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar downstairs is fantastic.

Dear SAG63, Thank you for the great recommendation! It sounds like you and your wife really enjoyed your room upgrade… there's nothing like a one bedroom spa suite to help you relax and recharge! We hope to see you back at the hotel sometime in the future. Regards, Alex B - Guest Relations & Services Manager

Being Accor members we book an executive suite which gave us breakfast and access to the executive lounge. From 5.30 to 7.30pm, in the executive lounge we recieved free drinks and canapés. They were excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. The Antler bar on the 16th floor roof top deck had live music and great views over the city. There...

Was booked into The Pullman, but this is a hotel in two parts, one part being the old, tired Mercure, which is where I was billeted. Nothing really wrong just in need of a good facelift. ( Well the aircon was no good but the repairman came and made it just OK). On my first night there was something wrong...

We have stayed at this hotel and quite a few occasions now and each stay just keeps getting better. The rooms are clean and extremely comfortable at both the Mecure and the Pullman side. ( They are doing up the rooms in the Mecure side so they are now even nicer and fresher) The main reason I keep coming back...

On a 2 day business trip to Brisbane I needed good accomodation at a central location. The room was large, modern, very quiet, very comfortable and the bed was great. Service was very good and the restaurant excellent. It's only a 5 minutes walk to Central Station or the heart of the shopping area.

Lovely king size bed and we both had a great sleep. The room was a good size and had a well stocked mini-bar plus 24 hour room service. The bathroom was a bit dated but the big fluffy towels made up for it. All the staff were very friendly and it was a great visit.

“Corner rooms have 180 degree views all mounted tv and a bathroom that included a bath tub/shower. The staff at this hotel were exceptional and a special thanks to housekeeping for providing extra supplies, the friendliness at reception, and on the rooftop bar (16 Anteliers) and especially Farres in the KG Bar who was delightful. As the weekend was a scorcher we didn’t venture out too much but did spend time in the pool and the air conditioned room. The pool area is under renovation but still usable. Hotel did offer to transport us to their sister property Sofitel but we declined. I have read some blogs listing the hotel rooftop bar 16 Anteliers as one of the top and emerging rooftop bars in Brisbane so I did pop in for a beer or two. Although it was hot the temperature was quite pleasant on the rooftop which offered some shade and I enjoyed the atmosphere during both daytime and nightime. There were some nice soft comfy couches to sit on. Breakfast was good with the usual offerings including an omelette chef and barrista styled coffee and chai lattes etc. Location is great and just a block away from the hub of the city in the Queen Street Mall. Museum which is free is located across the road. I will be happy to return at this hotel again and it does have some nostalgic memories as we had our honeymoon here 32 years ago when it was called the Crest Hotel. Save”
