Returned after a couple of years..... stay was good overall but some irritating frustrations. Card reader in lifts and rooms failed 7 times in a two day stay. Had expensive club room option and expected better really..... frequently exited floor thirty to travel 3 floors down and the card reader failed.... had to go up and down in the lift,...

I flew into Brisbane airport last Monday and caught the train from Domestic to Central station, then up a couple of flights of stairs and into the hotel, just so easy. My 3 night stay was most enjoyable, the room on the 19th level was spotless with a choice of pillows and the aircon was very easy to set to...

We stayed inathe Opera Suite and hed a great stay, the room was huge and well appointed. Big lounge and dining room, large bedroom, huge ensuite and WIR. Room was very clean and we were well looked after with our room service and pillow selections. With the club access we used the facuilities well, big club with lots of seating...

Literally the worst wifi speed (up and down) I've experienced in any hotel. Had to give up and tether to my mobile. Would definitely tell others of this. Business travellers will be very annoyed! Everything else was fine.

thoroughly enjoyed our stay, look forward to staying at this hotel again. It is in a great location, easy to access transport, short walk to CBD. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious .

Fabulous Hotel, great staff, excellent food, the Seafood Buffet is not to be missed, you can eat as many crab claws are you like, oysters, prawns, mussels, fish etc. If you still have room, then peruse the dessert buffet, brilliant restaurant

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel on business. The service is excellent, in a great location in central Brisbane. Good gym, wifi and Club Sofitel well worth the money. Would recommend and definitely visit again.

Had a 2 night weekend stay and couldn't fault it. Staff were excellent, the room was very comfortable & very central. Very accommodating for a late checkout & the breakfast was the best I've had in a while. Couldn't fault it.

For a gold member of the Accor Hotel Group this was a disappointing experience. I have had amazing guest experiences at Sofitel in Macau, and the Sofitel Melbourne but Brisbane just doesn't seem to attract the same level of enthusiasm. Brisbane hotels are expensive at the best of times and I have had far better experiences with the Ibis chain,...

To start with the service was terrible. The table next to us had to get the staffs attention so we could put a drinks order and our meal order in. With only about half the tables full and 3 staff on we had problems being served all night. My wife ordered a drink and we had to yell to the...
