Room is small (solo traveller size), basic but clean. Aircon is noisy. Location is excellent. Main gripe is the shower which had a spout about the size of a 20c coin. You get what you pay for. Wouldn't stay here again.

Walking distance to several options for dinner or drinks or both! Small room, but you only need to sleep & shower right! Not like you need to swing a cat! Nice price for last minute booking too! Take cans & bottles to Bevcon in Berrimah & recycling a months worth of " rubbish" actually paid for the room!! Cash in...

The value Inn is in the most central part of Darwin. MITCHELL ST. Across the street to Coles Super Market. And amongst all the night clubs and restaurants. Not a nice looking hotel. And, the rooms are small. The rooms have TV small fridge and separate toilet and shower from the living room . Under $100 a night. Lifts for...

The rooms were so small, you could hardly swing a cat, nowhere to put your luggage except on the 'spare' bed, nowhere to hang your long dresses and not enough pillows. I've had bigger bathrooms on a train! No washers or toiletries aside from soap. To do your laundry, one had to go to the backpacker's place next door and...

Stayed in the Value Inn for one night. Staff was very nice and helpful with where to go, directions, etc.! Excellent! Room was average and a bit noisy, but therefore you were just in the CBD. Would stay there again!

It's close to everything you need in the city. Great for a budget stay, there's minimal noise from surrounding venues. Clean and tidy. Pool is great downstairs. Safe secure parking, just once your in and have a park from about 4pm. Don't expect it to be there when you get back ! It's a first in best dressed ! Service...

Had I known that this hotel belongs to the same folks who own the Melaleuca On Mitchell Hostel and is directly adjacent to it I wouldn't have booked and stayed here on 18JUL2016. This is because I had stayed at Melaleuca On Mitchell Hostel before and it was not a good experience. But I was pleasant surprised by how quiet...

This is a very basic hotel. Fine for my purpose of a cheap well located room in Darwin prior to a 5 day treck in Kakadu. Everything worked ok but it is very tired. In a noisy part of town so can be loud.

Very centrally located and staff were very helpful. We had a great time. Basics in room but everything we needed and price was great so had more spending money. 6 days here. Noise wasn't an issue. We liked being close to everything. Pool was clean and nice. Can't beat this place for price and convenience.

Reception staff were useless at finding bookings, making bookings, explaining facilities to new guests and did not call back when they took down your details and said they would be in touch. Private room had cockroaches, mini fridge stunk when you opened it, and shower had no door so the water would splash and pour onto bathroom tiles and if...
