Stay at this hotel was unpleasant. Old furnitures, not so friendly staffs, poor service, poor breakfast. Good to stay if just to bunk for the night without any expectations. Definitely needs upgrading on all fronts!

Stayed here for 2 nights. For the price paid, I am quite happy with the hotel. Rooms are spacious and the amenities found in the room are reasonably good. Aircond worked well and the beds were comfy. No iron provided so you have to go to the 6th floor to iron your clothes. Bathroom needs to be sorted out: water...

The hotel is located in an old district of Bukit Mertajam. The location and the environment is felt dirty and has a lot of immigrants and workers/labours. We felt a bit disappointed with the location, but when we went inside the hotel and saw the rooms, it was all good enough to spend nights in there. We took Suite Family...

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Our room was very nice and comfortable. After our bad experience in Kuala Lampur this was a breathe of fresh air. We'd definitely go back again.

Room was dusty and musty smelling until the curtains were opened. Aircon control was not existent and wardrobe in bad...

Anyone who had rated this hotel above 3 is insane. This hotel is the worst hotel i have stayed. Surprisingly somebody rated it 4.5 out of 5. Furnitures are ancient and dusty. Aircond is not working. Sorry. It was, blower only and no way to control the speed. The room is humid with smell of wet carpet. Bedsheets, blankets, curtains...

Will never step into this hotel again. Old hotel. Poorly maintained. Poor room condition. Dusty, aircond not functioning, torn curtain and bedsheets. Not worth the money paid. Hotel location not convenient. Surrounded by old shops and stalls.
