My room was spotless! Towels were fresh and fluffy! The lady at reception was lovely! 100% would stay again! My best mate of over 20 years lives in the Hunter Vally and I live in Jervis bay. We just HAD to touch base, so we met in The city and stayed at Zing! Loved it, Brought our dinner back and... More

For as many people as they have in the hostel, they somehow make the 4 communal bathrooms work. The kitchen is a bit small, but has all the necessary appliances, including a panini griller which is awesome! Close location, literally next to 5 other hostels. MANY LONG TERMERS, which is hard to make friends, but that's its own issue. The... More

First of all, people in the reception was not kind. Second, I had to stay in one room very untidy and with bad smell. The hostel doesn't have any control about how people stay there. Many of them leave food in the room. Then I change to another room but was the same. I am so disappointed with this hostel.

Stayed here 4 nights. I saw reports of noise but only one night did partying/ people moving furniture around keep us up. The kitchen and toilets are DIRTY, seemingly cleaned once a day if that. Kitchen also over crowded. Found staff to be unhelpful and unfriendly...Good location near metro station but so are lots of other hostels that will be... More

We only stayed there for one night, and it was ok. The bedroom was clean, with FAN, TV and wash basin, but without bathroom. The bathroom was ok, but shared with other people so you have to be patient. Simple breakfast, good for me but not too good for mi husband. Friendly staff and good location.

This hostel has a lot of atmosphere and character, with cute cartoon wall murals inside a pair of old heritage style houses. We booked a private room and lucked out with a lovely second floor room with private balcony. The double bed was very comfortable and came with 4 pillows and clean soft sheets. The room has a small counter... More

Overall a good stay but doesn't enjoy it quite much. Entered the room with uncleaned fan! And no laundry as per advertised and no attached private bathroom as well. Falsify advertisement on their website! But it's overall average stay for a Budget backpacker
