Absolutely beautiful hotel. Love the Gothic/art deco architecture and fittings. Comfortable, clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was extremely good value for money. Perfectly located for access to theatres and shopping. Light rail just a block away. Service staff were excellent.

Arrived in from Dublin at 11pm Sunday night. First time in Australia. Checked in straight away to a lovely room. Hotel was very comfortable, clean with friendly helpful staff. Ideal location in CBD for all the sights. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Very nice newly remodeled rooms with excellent service throughout the hotel. Great location for seeing the city on foot or by cab. The concierge was very helpful in providing the information a tourist would want to explore Sydney.

Enjoyed our stay here for a weekend. The building is beautifully appointed, staff were friendly and helpful and it has several restaurants and cafes within. Room was ready early for checkin and the complimentary (non alcohol) mini bar was a bonus!! Central to everything in the CBD.

Hotel was fine. The room was nice, but the bed was not hugely comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly. Room was cold most days (18 degrees), I had to keep adjusting the temp. Gym was good but small. Required a $300 bond, which seems steep. Overall it was a nice place to stay but not good value for money IMO.

Such a beautiful hotel to stay in and the rooms were clean and generous. The bed was very comfortable and snuggly. The staff were so nice and friendly and ready to accommodate you in anything you wanted. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully renovated historical building with modern rooms. Convenient to light train and downtown shopping areas. Friendly staff. Did not eat breakfast at hotel (too expensive) But T1 Cafe in same building was nice. I would definitely stay here again.
