Very very glad that I stepped into this lovely hotel, as I was able to witness the beauty and hospitality that this hotel had to offer. The rooms are very spacious with an in suite bathroom and are always kept clean to very high standards. The staff are lovely and I would totally recommend!

This hotel is very adequate for the type of accommodation I required. Nothing fancy, just good clean rooms and pleasant service. No fuss and no time wasted booking into services. I like the quick access to the city loop on the train so I can move about easily.

Rooms were very outdated and quite an old musty smell. Bathrooms tiny and in need of renovation. Food was fine no complaints but basic . Location was good . Very noisey we had a party on our floor with doors left propped open and people coming and going for hours

Ideal for me as close to Opera house and right next door to Wynyard station. The bathroom renovations are first class and I appreciated the upgrade. Especially appreciated assistance to return to room having dropped my Opal card on the floor.

Great central location, dated rooms but comfortable. Easy access to shops, trains, busses Darling Harbour and Circular Quay. Very busy when we stayed and found it hard in the mornings getting a lift to foyer from 14th floor. Would recommend to anyone who can get a good online deal. Found lunch and dinner poor value for money.

Newly renovated bathrooms. Nice room. Car park provided by hotel is difficult for bigger cars. VERY tight spaces. Was only JUST enough space to get down in a single cab Triton ute. Expensive at $45 a night for parking now, but standard price across Sydney CBD.

I stayed here during Vivid Sydney, it was an excellent location! I was able to walk just about everywhere... Darling harbour, Circular Quay! Westfield mall and Centrepoint Tower, Bridgeclimb and the Harbour Bridge all of which are about a 10 minute walk and the Wynyard train station is about 4 doors away so what more could you ask for. This hotel is starting to look (and smell) old and damp. Staff are lovely but knowledge and delivery was inconsistent around pricing, service and product. Room quality was below expectations. If maintenance and cleaning standards don't improve, reviews will become increasingly poor.

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
