We were given a complimentary upgrade due to it being my 21st birthday! The room was lovely and the staff were accomodating. The only downfall was the restaurant- told we don't need to book, then when we got there was told there was no room for us. Other than that, a lovely hotel.

Great location. Easy access to Darling Harbour, Circular Quay and CBD. Rooms clean and tidy, and the dining room adequate, even if a little crowded at breakfast. Our check-in staff lacked a bit of customer service.

A great hotel and central to most attractions. We were able to walk down to Darling Harbour to catch a cruise to Vivid as well as being close to Circular Quay when we returned. The staff were really helpful and helped us sort out a few difficulties with beds.

We recently stayed three nights at this centrally located hotel. Check-in was smoothly completed by friendly reception staff, and as we arrived at the hotel shortly before 10.00 am, the same helpful staff arranged to store our luggage in a secure room adjacent to the reception desk. Our room was spacious and overlooked York Street. It was furnished with a... More

Hotel location is the best thing about the hotel. The room was good for the price but the aircon didnt work, the room was like a sauna all night. The pillows were flat, bed was quite firm but ok. We booked for two adults and a toddler and it was fortunate we brought our own porta cot. There were only... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel a couple of nights for ANZAC Day. We were on the 18th floor. The hotel is very well placed. York St being the parallel street to George St the main Sydney thoroughfare. It is a modern hotel and in good decorative order. The hotel is up a few steps so not ideal... More

We arrived early, expecting not being able to check in. However to our surprise, the room was ready! The room had everything you needed for a quick night away in the city. The restaurant was good and well priced, will be back there again! Great staffing, they are a true assets to your hotel.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
