Fantastic stay at the executive suites. Truly 5 star with everything catered to. The little things like complimentary water and fruit in the room, and a well stocked bathroom really set it apart in today's post COVID world.

Have stayed in most hotels in the city centre but this one was a great price for excellent facilities. Room was very good quality, proximity to theatres was great. Don't really have any issues to mention.

shower was scalding hot after a long day. no way to make it less hot. ended up having to rinse off in the bath. expected more from such a beautiful building. was told there would be two king beds and instead they were two double beds (they call them queen beds in australia,equivalent to double beds in usa).

I am sincerely sorry about the shower water temperature controls and have already shared this with the maintenance team. I am not sure who told you we had two King beds in the rooms as this has never been the case. While this is most unusual for us I do hope that we have another opportunity to recover. Great place to stay. Very attentive, pleasant staff. Good location to walk to museums, parks and restaurants. Easy access to public transportation, shopping. We benefitted from the AUD to USD exchange rate and reserved a semi-suite.

We stayed at The Fullerton for a recent weekend visit to Sydney. The hotel was very nice and in a great location. We had a view of the clock tower from our room which was lovely. The rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable.

Bedding was horrendous. Need to upgrade rooms and bedding. Very disappointing for a 5 Star Hotel in Sydney. Not what you would expect. Rooms were old and well used. Dinner at The Place was also disappointing however breakfast was fantastic.

Great location. Staff friendly. Room was excellent. Great restaurants nearby. We were able to walk all over Sydney with ease. We took in a tour of the GPO(which is part of the Fullerton Hotel}. This a free tour run by the hotel. Very informative.
