Room was booked online. On arrival reception seemed very busy however once I was served the staff member was very friendly. Found my room to be surprisingly small however very clean. Bathroom was spacious enough and shower was great. Location was great.

Staff friendly and efficient, very clean, service every day, bed very comfortable. In the centre of Sydney, great location for shopping, near to chinatown, near to restaurants and shops. Very Recommended

Housekeeping should be mindful of guests still sleeping when they start cleaning rooms before 9 am on a Sunday morning. The hotel was clean, comfortable and location was great! Check in was excellent, departure not as good. Good overall experience.

Room was booked through an agent - and was best value when making a late booking,. The room met expectations and the staff were excellent. Staff addressed issues quickly with no impact on travel. The room was clean and quiet.

This is an overall ok hotel. Good location close to the AirPort train, nice shower and bathroom but the rest is in need of some touch up I think. Reception unmodern and quite boring but staff reasonably nice. Beds not very comfortable and in need of replacement. Cleaning seemed ok howeverer multiple long dark hairs in different places in bathroom...

Stayed here the first night when arriving from Europe. The hotel is quite centrally located but the area seems not to be the best, with homeless people in the streets. The room and bathroom were spacious. There were however some long hair on the sink and in the shower. There were lots of sounds in the morning due to construction...

Dear 771janinec Thank you for your lovely review. Always a pleasure to read about our friendly and efficient staff. Doubly so to read about the spotlessly clean and fresh accommodation. We look forward to welcoming you back. As a hint it is always handy to know that next time you book to stay with us, ensure you book online via...

Dear garyn705 Thank you for your review. We are a simple hotel, I agree. With the depth of facilities around the hotel we have found it easier to ensure the best price on the accommodation to the guest and have food experience of choice given our excellent location. It is unfortunate we have not met the value expectation in this...

we stayed here for one night before our cruise back to New Zealand. The location was great but to room itself was the tiniest room I have stayed in. It was very clean and modern and the bed was super comfortable. But because of the every little space I would not stay here again

Dear jmnc_12 Thank you for your review. We do have much larger rooms than our Compact Double rooms (booked) and would certainly recommend anyone wishing for a larger style to look beyond that. I do trust the rest of the stay went well and hope the cruise was lovely also. Kind regards Simon Wanstall Property Manager
