This hotel is beautiful and in a nice location with nice views. The room was comfortable and spacious. The issue is that the property is next to a gigantic cruise ship port. The ships block the views and their announcements are very loud and disturbing throughout the day.

Excellent hotel. Perfect central location. Ideal for all sightseeing. Room with a view of Sydney Opera House. Even laying by the pool (4th floor) we had a great view of Sydney Harbour Bridge and the mad climbers! Staff extremely helpful and friendly just added to our memorable stay.

My wife and I checked in as a repeat customer for a couple of nights, again the hotel location is one of the best in the world however @ over $1100 per night then this is what you would expect. The service unfortunately did not match the view and on bringing a couple of concerns to the mgmt with the...

The Park Hyatt in Sydney is a wonderful place to stay in Sydney. The staff are nice and caring and even upgraded our room to a harbour view for free. We got free amenities included when we got to our room (e.g. Free drinks, free fruit bowl etc.). The restaurants in the hotel are really nice and we ate there...

I stayed in a few hotels in Sydney to get a good sense for the city and the service here was a letdown. Given the price I was looking forward to this stay the most; sadly, the receptionist struck me as bored and anticipating guests' needs was the furthest thing from mind. The contrast was especially sharp as I had...

Our experience at the Park Hyatt Sydney went beyond our expectations. The concierge team was a step above even that. They were extremely friendly and helped us find little gems that we never would have on our own. Will definitely stay here again.

This my favorite hotel in Sydney. It's located in the historical Rocks area and has wonderful views of the Bridge and the Opera House, and is close to all manner of transportation. I wish I could afford to stay here every time I visit Sydney!

We spent one night here with our 3 children whilst we completed the bridge climb. Having just returned from travelling as a family O/S my children were stunned with the sheer quality of the hotel.....they knew they were somewhere nice. The service was exemplary, the rooms stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and it was difficult to wake the children...

Can't ask for a better location. Stayed here for two nights around thanksgiving 2016. We were upgraded to a harbor suite. Room was beautifully laid out. Staying in The Rocks

Neighbourhood Profile
The Rocks
The first residents of the Rocks were convicts and sailors from the old nation. As the oldest neighbourhood in the city, the area's cobblestone streets host more than 100 heritage sites and buildings, including the oldest house in Sydney, Camden Cottage, which was built in 1816. Taste a “midi “ or a “schooner” of beer and dine “al fresco” on the waterfront at some of the oldest pubs in Sydney. The weekend markets at the Rocks are where you can find local artists' hand-made souvenirs, organic food and designer jewelry in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. To enjoy some of the best Australian and international contemporary art, the MCA museum is open every day and select evenings. At the end of a long day of sightseeing, be sure to save energy to dance the night away at the area's many late night entertainment venues.
