The staff never fail to impress with how they notice the things you like and prefer and make it their aim to serve you proactively and personally. I love the simple healthy food options also. When I visit they always welcome me like they know me and on my last visit I got an extra bunch of grapes because they...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

We (my husband, son and I) stayed at this hotel for 7 nights whilst visiting our other son who lives in Sydney. So impressed were we with this hotel, that we booked a further 2 nights at the end of our stay in Australia. I could live in this hotel. The rooms are beautiful (we had 2 with amazing opera...

Somewhat pricey, and you would understand WHY when you get there …. this hotel commands an amazing location … literally in the shadows of the Harbour Bridge at the entrance to the inner harbour … with views of the Opera House and cruise ships that dock nearby. The room was spacious and clean, quiet and well equipped. Front desk was...

From the moment we stepped out of our car till we checked out, everyone and everything was surperb. It really made our special occasion even more special. Could not recommend this hotel enough. Our spa day was amazing, left there feeling like I was floating on clouds. The blinds in the room are magnificent blocking out all daylight to help...

I was given a gift from my partner for a massage at the Park Hyatt. It was one of the best spa experiences I have ever had. My massage therapist got the pressure I wanted spot on without me having to ask for less or more pressure. The whole experiences was very relaxing and I left floating. Staff are exceptional...

Splendid and worth every cent. Close to everything in CBD but far enough away to feel secluded. Wonderful staff & incredible views. The rooms are not atypical of hotels & have an apartment feel to them.

There are really very few 5 star hotels in this world. Reviewers who give the 5 star rating to properties are often just pointing out how little they know and how limited their experiences are. The Park Hyatt is truly 5 star. Our room looked out at the Sydney Opera House and each morning we happily opened our drapes to...
