My 3 night stay was just perfect. Check-in was a smooth and quick process, my Partial Harbour View room was gorgeous with a glimpse of the Harbour bridge. My bed was very comfortable and the black-out blinds were very welcome and allowed me to sleep in easily each day. My room was serviced twice a day and I never wanted for anything. All the staff I interacted with very friendly and helpful. The location is great for easily getting out and exploring the CBD area or for catching public transport. And lastly the buffet breakfast was the best I've ever experienced. The quality and variety of food was excellent, I was very impressed. I would definitely stay here again.

Average experience. Nothing wrong as such, but nothing special either. When you factor in high price, it’s not good value. Staff friendly but don’t go out of there way. Had a club room which included breakfast and canapés - again food ok, canapés but little range, drinks but you have to ask for refills. Room nice, but tired. Good location and good views but that’s about it. In short, you get what you expect from a hotel but it’s not a place I’ll return to.

We had a wonderful stay here, whilst visiting Sydney. Lovely hotel in a fabulous position, we could walk out to the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, station, main shopping areas and many attractions. Staff we dealt with were all friendly, helpful and kind. Our room had a side view of the Opera House, with a large and extremely comfortable bed with good linen and lush pillows. Good breakfast my only complaint would be some dishes were not hot enough for my taste, minor criticism, but plenty of choice. Our first visit to Sydney and hopefully it won’t be our last, I would love to stay again and book a Harbour and Opera house full view room. We enjoyed everything about our stay, and highly recommend. Well located hotel within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. The staff could not be more helpful. The room was well kept and we had a lovely view of the harbour. Later on in the day we were delivered a complimentary bottle of red wine which was a lovely surprise.

Lovely hotel. Our gorgeous, spacious room had an excellent view of the harbour and the Opera House - stunning. We also enjoyed the executive club lounge - very attentive staff, and a great selection of food and beverages.

The views from the Full Harbor View rooms are "magical". One gets a birds eye view of the entire harbor, no other hotel could give you that unobstructed. We had an excellent experience at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any inquiries and took extra measures to welcome my daughter with a special treat. We had a very clean and comfortable stay, with a lovely view of the harbour. The pool and jacuzzi were welcomed by our tired bodies after a long trip from Canada. The hotel is a great location with the harbour and train station around the corner and the botanical gardens a short walk away.
