Stayed one night 20 January with my wife after arriving from SFO. This was our second stay at this Hilton facility as we thought the first stay was quite memorable. We arrived early, about 9:30AM, and our room was not ready, but we were provided access to the Executive Lounge – I am a Hilton Diamond member – and this...

We are regular Hilton guests and Sydney is one of our favourites. Valet parking is so convenient, doormen are helpful, Executive Lounge staff are friendly (if not included in your room rate, upgrade - it won't disappoint), breakfast buffet has all you could want, rooms are great, ... just what you would expect from the Hilton group.

We stayed 5 days in december for New Years Eve! Very well located, in front of QVB and 1 block from the biggest shopping center in Sydney, subway (Town Hall Station) and Woolwoths supermarket! Friendly and polite staffs. Rooms are very good, nice deco, not big, but with king confortable bed, menu pillow to choose from, two big windows with...

We stayed on a really great rate that included executive club for about $270 from the wotif website. The room we had was on the executive club levels and was spacious and light. Really loved the big windows. The bathroom was lovely, bright and functional. We arrived at about 9am, and the front desk kindly allowed us to go straight...

This is a very good hotel, especially for the business traveler. Well located near the QVB and train stations, within walking distance to a number of good restaurant choices and shopping. The rooms are a bit small, but have everything you need for a comfortable short stay. It's not a great hotel for kids and probably not for the average...

The hotel is located in the centre of busy downtown city. The QVB, shopping centres, Chinatown & branded boutiques. All are within walking distances. If you like to go to Darling Harbour, it's just 10 mins walk from the hotel. Our room was on a higher floor with great views. The staffs were friendly. The only problem was the soundproof...

We stayed in the Hilton shortly before Christmas - it is a typical Hilton. For sure the location is great - just steps away from the Queen Victoria Building and the Pitt Street Mall. Also Public transport is easy to reach - but overall I was disappointed. We arrived around 10:00 in the morning and although our room was ready...

Myself and my grandson(4) went for the weekend. Centrally located. Excellent room although they did not remove the minibar even though they said they would. I could not do it as it was one of those that automatically charged your room if you removed or moved the items. Excellent pool, spa.

Stayed for work visit to Sydney but added on an extra night to have some leisure time. Requested a room change as first room smelt dirty and musty and had a large stain on the carpet. Required to check out and in again to suit their system as the extra night was. Wing paid for separately to the corporate booking....

With the re-model this is the best hotel I have stayed in in the Sydney CBD. I found the in house restaurant, bars, and all amenities to be top shelf.
