We stayed here for 13 nights in February 2023, whilst sightseeing and seeing several family and friends in Sydney. The location is great, of course, and we liked the extra space to be able to relax during our fairly long stay. Our suite was very clean and everything worked. We also felt that the housekeeping service was fine. We were impressed with the manager, David Blaxley, and with all of the staff that we interacted with, especially wth Coco. They seem to run a very good operation and genuinely care about their guests - for example, Coco managed to make our suite available around 1.30 pm on our arrival day which was great, given that we had just flown from San Francisco. All in all, we thought this was a great place to stay.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms were really clean, the pool was FREEZING but we still enjoyed it and the spa was nice too. The staff were helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend .

The property is located perfectly. Everything is nearby. It takes a couple of minutes walk to Darling Harbour , and town hall and Queen Victoria building are so close. Also the staff are friendly. The room is comfortable and clean. I definitely recommend to stay the property.

Excellent! We absolutely loved it! 2 large bedrooms, bright, clean, comfortable, with everything we needed. The pool in the building was a bonus. This was one of the best accommodations we stayed in for years! 100% recommend it and would be back myself.

The room wasn't the best but the hotel location is good. Awesome parking facilities using the space saving car lift to park and retrieve your vehicle. Not a lot of restaurants close by but plenty to choose from after a good healthy walk to Circular Quay, The Rocks, the expensive touristy Darling Harbour.

Service really great. Room very clean and roomy and even had a view of the fireworks. Position unsurpassed with everything within easy walking distance of most things as well as the light rail. Enjoyed our stay.

1. Excellent Location - short and easy walk to Town Hall station. In between Darling Harbour and the shopping district of QVB & Westfield. Market City and Paddy's Market 1.0km walk away. And yet on a quiet street opposite an office building. The return journey to the airport via Uber costs us A$40 around mid day and took about 30 mins. 2. Food - Great breakfast at Brew Bros 50m away, Lime Espresso cafe round the corner and some more brekkie places in the office building Darling Park incl Stacked. Famed The Little Snail restaurant 800m across the Pyrmont Bridge. 3. Apartment - our 1-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Felt almost like home. The beds & long pillows were super comfy and we averaged 8 to 9 hours sleep every night, something we couldn't get even at home! The large screen TV allowed Netflix streaming from my iPad. The process wasn't so intuitive but just follow the instructions on the apartment book. The little kitchenette was well equipped. Most importantly for us, it was quiet on the 11th floor and gave us much needed rest. Room was serviced every 3rd day, just change of towels and trash cleared only, no change of linen. Pricewise it was not the cheapest place you could find but at this price point, it was definitely more worth it than the smaller chain hotel rooms around the area which costs more. Can't think of any cons except that the IP phone & bedroom TV wasn't working properly and wished they had USB charging points. But otherwise all the important stuff was great especially the comfy bed & sofa. Overall it was a perfect accommodation for our holiday in Sydney!…

Worth comparing a decent hotel in similar location with Meriton as the rooms are really well equipped and spacious when compared to typical hotel rooms. Sure, no room service/bar on site and no minibar, but if you don’t need these, then this is ideal. Pool area a bonus.

These apartments are in a great location for exploring Sydney. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment for two couples. There was a full kitchen, living room and balcony. The rooms were not serviced at all during our three night stay so we asked for dry towels and more toiletries and they were brought up to the room. The room was quiet and the beds comfortable. Two things I found disappointing was the lack of bench space in the bathroom and the bedside lamps were impossible to read by other than that the apartment was great. Staff at reception were exceptional.
