Stayed two nights in a two bedroom apartment and found staff and service excellent, could not fault. Spacious apartment, very comfortable beds, quiet rooms, modern decor. Large lap pool and gym available to guests. Delicious buffet breakfast. Centrally located.

I booked this hotel for a small group for two nights. One Couple had a spa suite whilst the remainder had a two bedroom apartment. I have to say both types of room were deemed to be excellent. For a family who require space with a do it yourself stay that included secure parking the apartment was spot on. Clean,...

Stayed here one night and was pleasently suprised at the value for money. Lovely check in staff, clean room lovely renovated bathroom. Buffet breakfast had a great variety. Plenty of car spots not far from city. Would not hesitate to recommend and will def stay again if in Canberra.

The hotel is aged but the interior has been completely modernised . Very comfortable clean room with good bathroom. Adequate parking although as the hotel fills up these become hard to secure. Don't pass up the buffet breakfast. Friendly staff.

We stayed for one night. Upon arrival we were told that we had to pay $150 deposit on top of the room rate, incase we "broke the room". This should have been told to us upfront as, it takes about 3 days for them to actually refund the money. We stayed in a new room, which although small and quite...

Came from Sydney for the weekend.great place to stay. Room was completely new. Got bumped to a sauna suite as there was some error with my room booking - good service. The only thing quirky about the room was that there's 2 huge 50 inch tv, when you're trying to switch on one, sometimes it switch on both with the...

I used to stay here when it was stuck in the 1970's, all huge TV's and dodgy bathrooms and a bed so large you could barely walk around it to get to the old aluminium windows. These days though it's transformed with its smart executive rooms and even better corporate apartments next door. Staff are lovely and friendly too. Pool...

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is comfortable and modern and too be fair the beds were wonderful and a some of staff members have been helpful, but that's it. We were first given a room directly above the renovations and and hotel dump bins. A truck came every morning at 6.00 a.m. and...

On a recent trip to Sydney we travelled to Canberra for some business staying overnight at the Rex. I feel quite uncomfortable writing this review because it was good value, staff were friendly and rage floor we were put on, recently modernised. Unfortunately the rooms aircon would cool for a period of time and then revert to full heat. At...
