We spent two days at this hotel, a family with friends and kids during a snow storm, the facility is cozy by all means. Neat, clean and tidy. The GF rooms are a bit narrow, while the upper floor rooms are more spacious and with balconies that have a breathtaking view. The whole hotel is warm, the water is always hot, with kids we found this a great plus. The service is excellent, friendly people and very helpful. We drove for two minutes to reach the ski slopes from the hotel, the receptionist helped us with the contact details of a ski school too. The restaurant serves lebanese breakfast with a great ambience. Shisha is available too for shisha lovers, you can order one or take yours and use it. The whole experience was pleasant, and this hotel made it easier for us as parents, and more fun for friends night out. …

If you are spending a night in Arez. Look no further because white cedar is the best one :location, hospitality , cleanness, best price wise. We were given a spacious double room with a beautiful balcony overlooking the ski slopes. The toilet kit are for a 5 stars hotel.

Just came back from a great weekend spent at this hotel with my family. Great location near the cedars forest, breathtaking views, very nice and modern design for the hotel and the rooms. Clean rooms with amenities. Delicious Lebanese breakfast. And most important of all Mr. Roufael (abou rodrigue😊) who makes you feel at home , very welcoming , very generous , very attentive to all the details and to our needs ..making sure that everyone is comfortable and happy. The kids enjoyed playing ball while we enjoyed authentic wine made by abou rodrigue. Will surely return to this hotel.
