Very gd

Recommended. Clean and very nice people working there. Helpful employees... and always ready to answer your questions and be at your service... nice food. Cosy place and nice atmosphere. Close to the slopes.

Recommendation

Located just near the ski slopes (perfect location), the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality. The hotel owner Mr.Rami is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay. The staffs were very helpful. The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms and Ski Lessons... The restaurant of hotel was great. When I say food was great(I mean it :)) Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret, just be there:)

Don’t check in, terrible, horrible, unprofessional

Worst experience in my life! Don’t be fooled by the pictures of this place. Everything about this dirty hotel is far away from what is shown on the internet. The truth is that this place is below zero for the reasons listed below: 1- no amenities at all 2- no hygiene whatsoever 3- rugs are filthy 4- curtains are very very dirty 5- bed sheets aren’t changed 6- no refrigerator 7- no towels and tissues 8- no wifi 9- no room service 10- no breakfast 11- overpriced! 12- noisy 13- they dont give wood for the chimney 14- they turn off the heating system at night (temperature gets below 0 degree celsius at night) 15- WORST SMELL EVER COULDN’T SLEEP BECAUSE OF IT. And the main reasons that make this place anything but a hotel are the unprofessionalism and unethical treatment by the administrative staff. We confronted them about the smell but refused to admit saying that we are making up such incident. And when we politely asked for wood a drunken man from the staff started yelling at the guest. And most importantly which ruined our stay was the behavior of the owner. Not only that, the owner didn’t like the fact that we criticized the hotel online so she sent out threats!!!!! Is this a way to manage a hotel? I am certain that all the guests who are fooled and stay a couple of nights get insulted and hurt. …

Bad smell

We can understand the noise of partying neighbours and the average rated chalet with bad cleaning service but the bad smell in the room afecting all the chalet is unexplainable plus broken bed , a shame for a well located hotel
