Booked and paid for an a la carte meal in the restaurant at 8pm,when lights turned out in Restaurant queried at the bar, profuse appologies and was eventually served at 9.45 in the bar and not the restaurant as booked,Steak not as requested medium rare but well done!If I had wanted a bar meal I could have gone anywhere which would...

We stayed for 1 night and were not sure what to expect after reading some less than favourable reviews. The actual place was quite remote and a bit further out than we expected, but on arrival the bar area looked very nice and we checked in to our family room (room 4). This over looked the car park and had...

Had one if the best rooms - was told in arrival was the bridal suite. Pleasant decor, plenty of room and amazing bathroom. This is a very nice Inn out in the middle of the countryside of Wales. The family room we stayed in was comfortable and slept 5. The accommodations were modest and not fancy, but we had everything we needed and were comfy. Our room came with a full Welsh breakfast each day which was delicious. The staff were friendly and...

Planned a 2 night stay for our 30th wedding anniversary, combining it with day at Ffos Los races. We were greeted by a staff member telling us that the restaurant would be closed as the owner was in hospital and that we were the only guests staying in the accommodation. The bar was still open. This was appreciated as we...

We visited while viewing houses in South Wales, the Baltic was a great find, very pleasant and comfortable room, a couple of little glitches sorted quickly and efficiently, and a late meal in the restaurant provided with no fuss. We were glad to return for a second night after a day visiting what turned out to be the house we...
