The staff were wonderful & the breakfast included pleasant enough. The paint job was untouched & although relatively clean the carpets were beyond jnackered & filthy. The location is great, & it was fab that it had onsite parking, but I would have expected a lot more for £90 a night, even if it is London....

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and had huge window overlooking their beautiful garden. The room had everything we needed including tea, coffee & biscuits. We had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was yummy. Close to shops, restaurants and train station.

The Goodwood Hotel is at the Beckenham Junction end of Copers Cope Road. Spacious room, everything very clean, friendly people, quiet and superb location, just a short stroll from the station. Only drawback was no lift, and our room was on the second floor. Full English breakfast included in the price. Making the booking was easy and changing the date...

Stayed in this hotel with my family. The rooms were clean, everything worked well and was well presented. Breakfast was delicious, especially the scrambled eggs. The meal is cooked in an open (and very clean) kitchen. The hotel has a well kept garden in the back which could be viewed from our window despite being on basement level. Only down...

Not sure why this hotel has such bad reviews. For a budget hotel in London's suburbs it is perfectly fine. I arrived really late and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in making sure my key was available and that I could fine my room. The room and bathroom were all perfectly fine and I enjoyed breakfast in the...

The management staff are awfully rude. only one person knows how to refund money apparently! Our engineers was booked in for a week's stay, they only stayed one night and checked out the next day as the beds was very dirty. One room was in the basement. Not a nice area to stay in. Didn't have a very nice sleep....

Room was tiny, and walls were filthy. You had to be an Olympic gymnast to fit in the bathroom. Electric socket was hanging off the wall. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean, but I was frequently woken by a loud banging noise. Upon my arrival, the owner joked that if I snored she'd bang on the walls to wake...

Clean and basic which was just what was needed for an overnight stay. Excellent location with a few minutes walk to the station. Staff were polite and friendly and couldn't do enough. Single room was small but adequate and the price was good for so near to London.

Asked for not many stairs and they gave us a room on the second floor.(40) steps. Breakfast was served in a dingy dining room down a further flight of stairs by staff who were disinterested and was of poor quality. Bed was lumpy. Nobody available to ask for an extra pillow. Parking not available due to overcrowding.

“Don't accept rooms 10 or 11 which are accessed from outside. Room 10 had no wifi and was very basic and cold. Room 6 was chilly but clean and comfortable and with enough room for three people.”
