Lovely hotel, staff excellent, facilities really good. Great place to base yourself to visit the bay of Bothnia. Also drove up to the Arctic Circle. Hired a car from Luleå. Fabulous view of the beautiful river
We had a quick stay for the night on our way further north. The building, with its long white corridors and out-dated interiors, didn't quite feel like a hotel. We stayed in a room with four beds. The room had all we needed, it was a bit small for four beds though. The bathroom was old and simple, but clean. The room was worn but clean. Breakfast offered plenty of options. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the dining room. We didn't have time to check out the spa. Simple and not fancy in any way, but worked well as a place to stay, considering the price.
There are cheap, dirty, bad hotels, but this one just made the worst on my list - they don't even change sheets and tower for u! And they don't even try to make it look like changed. It might be careless mistake, but seriously, after my friend mentioned purposely and still happened? Besides, soundproof is total 0 If u happen to travel to this expensive place called Kemi, and if u can afford 3 meals for just 1 day, don't go this hotel.
