Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Although the hotel might look a bit shabby on the outside, it is quite different on the inside! The hotel is located in a building which was probably built during the soviet era, and has not been maintained properly (like most buildings from that era). However, approx 1/3rd of the building has been renovated at the time of writing, and the renovated rooms are really great! Everything is new, and of good quality. The beds, and the bathroom, and the room in general were all in excellent condition, and the interior didn't really have a budget feel, even though we paid a budget price for the room. Most rooms have their own balcony as well. Wireless internet is available, and its free! My advice would be to get the newly renovated rooms though, unless you value price pretty high, since I guess the other rooms might be of a quite lower standard.

Nice hotel. Lovely person on reception. Drove us to the bar for some food as we were late arriving. Beds are not great. Could do with some more pillows. No shampoo in bathroom. Small TV ONLY 4 CHANNELS

Great hotel. Very friendly receptionist although she had some problems understanding us when we talked very fast, but in the end she could consult us the ferry times we asked her for.
Furthermore she recommended us a great place to have dinner and see the sunset.

Room are spacious, with tv and even a small balcony.

Huge and amazingly "yummy" breakfast.

After check in, a desk clerk not come and show to me where is my room, just say go sraight to end and turn to right. Room wasnt so hard to find, but just very impolite. Room do not have elementary things, like a chair and bottle opener, bathroom dont have shampoo or shower gel. Dont have any view from window - some courtyard. Room not have air con. Breakfast was terrible, next morning was sandwich covers faded and probably on from yesterday breakfast table. TV was very tiny, also so far from bed and have only 2-3 TV programm, its make TV not viewable.
Room was quite well roomy, same can say about bathroom. Hotel was well silent, maybe because of dont have lot of visitors. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Hotel is very basic but has the necessities and the staff is very friendly. Rooms are massive, have a dance party!

Place is also clean, breakfast was good and the room was cheap. Overall recommend it to anyone on a budget, family or single person.

Very friendly welcome and service.
Clean rooms, good but simple breakfast.
Hotel located in green area (park).
You can order personal finnish sauna for 18.-EUR/h.
Cheap food market located just in 5min walking distance.
City center is 2...2,5 km away.
Perfect place for people with car or bike.
When You are looking for luxury - this place is not for You !

Maybe can be hairdryer and shampoo in the shower room.
I recommend this place !
