This a a family run B and B. We did opt to have dinner (about an hour later than asked for!) and we dined with other people which was fun. If you have any dietary requirements best to inform then ahead of time. Le Patron was very informative about his wine and also the champagne region which we were visiting....

This is a family run guesthouse in a delightful chateau. The owners are very friendly and welcome you into their home which is full of interesting works of art. Dining is communal and all the guests mix together so you stay will be governed by the other guests. Dinner was tasty and simple. Breakfast comprised bread butter jam and coffee....

Looking for a special get-a-way: this is the place to go. An old french mansion has been and still is being turned into a great B&B in northern France by Fabrice and his family, who definitely put their heart into it. Rooms are all different, and decorated by the Agnès, the lady of the house, who is a great artist...

We stayed here one night. Beautiful surroundings. The owners are very welcoming and it feels like your visiting old friends. Lovely home cooked dinner with great wines. The rooms are nice and also very accommodating for families. We would definitely come back

Stayed here for a few nights while touring the region and were met with a friendly welcome on arrival. Our room was located above the fabulous indoor pool and was tastefully furnished, although style occasionally triumphed over functionality. We shared a good "diner d'hote" with other guests on the nights that we "ate in". Don't miss the nearby mediaeval city...

A bit hard to locate, but once found, Fabrice and his family make you most welcome. No two rooms are the same in this tastefully converted farm and we stayed in the cottage which is attached to one end. Good if you want to self cater, but you are encouraged to join in with the one table meal times and...

An old house but with lots of charm, situated about 18 miles east of Laon in the countryside. The tastefully decorated rooms are situated above the heated indoor swimming pool in a more modern annex at the side of the main house, so you don't feel that you are intruding on the owners living quarters. We paid 100 euros for...

It is Bed and Breakfast but were made snacks during the day that were scrumptious and evening meals, 3 course all delicious and mouth watering! They also made a...
