Whilst this hotel has nice grounds , that’s about all that you could enjoy! The service is an insult to the hospitality industry! The receptionist this morning was argumentative , with a “nothing I can do about attitude” not an apology, not a smile , absolutely insulting, she should be working away from customers ! And if you are non Slovak I suggest you go elsewhere as the only way one can enter the property after sundown is by calling a local number . So if you don’t have roaming you are out of luck and could be spending a substantial amount of time at the door in the cold , and to that she angrily answers “ sorry this is how it is”.
The resort is like a big box of attractions for kids. There is a huge bouncy castle, trampolines, mini zoo, horses, a crawl-climb-tower, sandbox and so on, the list is long. The space is huge too. Also, there is an actual horse arena. And if all that is not enough, there is also a big indoor space with more playspace for kids. So if your kids are roughly 3-8 or so, they will love it. The catering is adequate, for reasonable price, decent quality. As for the accomocation, we tried the most expesive room, which was fantastic. 4 proper beds, living room, spacious bathroom, and even a fireplace. The room was definitely 4*. In general, I'd happily come back to unleash my kids and relax a little.
Great place for families with small children. Nice and friendly staff. Accomodation in fresh reconstructed family rooms and appartments, possibility of living in mobile houses and caravans. Delicious food - half board avaible. Big playgrounds outside and inside. Horse and pony lectures.
I was pleasantly surprised with the array of activities for kids. The outdoor playground was lovely, well kept, big selection of activities for all ages. The animal farm is nice, too. The indoor playground is brilliant - it's very clean, offers good options and caters for all ages. The cafe there was great, loved the menu! Their smoothies are really tasty, good coffee... I cannot fault it as the kids loved it! We will 100% come back.
Great resort for families with hotel but we decided for camping. Nice huge camp-side with green grass and a lot of choice. A lot of attractions for kids as playground, trampoline world, pool, horses or covered hall in case of rain. Really didn’t have to go out of resort. Nice restaurant, own beer brand ... and finally nice staff. All completed by full day animations for small ones. Will come back.
Recommend highly. We head kids age 2 & 8. They had great time and we had lovely coffee and cakes ! There is outdoor play area and horse riding, swimming pool and Much more to do! Didn’t eat in the restaurant.
The complex is made for kids - high focus on safety a lot of atractions accessible in all weather conditions. Reasonable food quality in restaurant and lotssss of kids activities. There is also a small zooo inside of the garden
I visited with 2 children for a day and was surprised to pay 3 € for an adult . For what? for standing on the grass and watch my kids play? Imagine going there with grandparents : 4x adults :12€ ??? + Kids :6€ each ! I think it is overpriced for what it is. I wanted to see a fountain "paradise" ,which I imagine more intetesting and fun .Instead there are only randomly placed sprinkles and that is all.. there are is one dirty biopool, which was closed on the hot day .. Inside soft play centre is medium sized . There are no separated areas for non walkers , small babies and bigger kids . , so you have to be on constant look out when older kids are running around ,not to crush a little ones. I m quite dissapointed , as they advertise it as a biggest and best , but in overall it 's nothing more then avarage , over priced playground. I live in Uk where I visited similar places , soft play centres in larger scale where adults pay a symbolic entry price of £1 or even no paying at all. I think owners needs to do some research how it needs to be done properly ! …
We spent a weekend here with our kids accomodated in mobile houses. Houses are very tiny and I don't like them. But what was more important, our kids were busy with all outdoor and indoor playgrounds and that was the reason we went there. Restaurant is expensive, staff always friendly.
Best hotel for families with kids in Slovakia:) There is animal farm, huge place with slings and lots of toys for kids. Restaurant is baby and kids friendly too. The room was very nice and comfortable.
