The hotel has a private parking and is not far from the way to the ruins. It has its own restaurant which in my view is good. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bathroom is also a good size. There is a swimming pool as well. The beds are comfortable. Together with the Holiday Inn Express in Tuxtla...

The hotel and the room are well maintained and clean. It's location at zone "La Cañada" is pretty and some restaurants nearby like "Maya Cañada" and "El Huachinango Feliz" are good. They have their own private parking lots.

We chose this hotel because of price and the ease in booking online through cheap tickets. ONline it said breakfast was included. This was not the case. Not only was it not the case, but they charged you for milk for your coffee. Read the fine print when booking. They won't refund. Parking is on the street. Located on a...

This Hotel is a great option for a stay in Palenque while visiting the ruins in the area. The hotel grounds are well maintained and very clean. The rooms are spotless and very clean, AC, Hot water..and TV. The staff is very helpful and friendly (many speak english ).The location is within walking distance of the ADO Bus terminal and...

Good option in Palenque ... Good location. If you have a car they have complementary parking which is enclosed and has security. The hotel is exceptionally clean in all respects. The restaurant is decent but expensive ... the Huachinango Feliz and Maya Cañada are better eating options right next to the hotel within the same price range. The cherry in...

We stayed two nights, different times at this hotel. The entire hotel is spotless, the restaurant good, and the service throughout the property friendly and courteous. Its situated in a an area of towering trees and jungle gardens, while being an short walk from the centre of the town. I´d recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation.

We had a very good time at Chablis. Nice clean rooms, pool, breakfast. They also have organized trips to Palenque ruins, Mizol Ha, Agua Azul, so you can just arrive and book one if you don't want to organize or have limited time. No gym, no spa. Notice also this is Palenque city. You're 7km from the ruins. The city...

Spacious room, big bed but virtually no wifi signal in the room. It was a relief to go back to an air conditioned room after a hot humid day in the ruins. The room had a connecting door to another room and sound insulation from the adjoining room was not very good. Like the open wardrobe. Receptionist spoke limited English...

We could not have made a better choice in Palenque. It is on a quiet street away from the bustle of town, there is a small pool if the weather is warm. There is secure parking also. The rooms are very nice with good lighting, good beds, hot showers, quiet air conditioning. The hotel restaurant is pleasant but next door...
