The hotel is in excellent shape, looking nice, well mantained and clean. The room was comfortable and spacious, the pool nice, prices at the bar very reasonable, especially drink during happy hour(s). The great thing is that the hotel is within walking distance from the bus terminal, where also colectivos to the archeological site can be taken. The only missing...

This hotel offered a great location with friendly staff and a comfortable room. The hotel was of an evening with vehicle traffic and construction from 7am. The hotel provided a good breakfast with reasonable pool setting after venturing to the ruins.

Very basic clean rooms, booked through interjet and got American breakfast incl (bad coffee), be very specific in restaurant - it's very mediocre (scrambled eggs with sausage means cut up hotdog in your eggs, Alfredo sauce means white sauce with carrots & mushrooms sautéed into the sauce). Staff are nice but not very helpful, pool was clean. Only 10 min...

Aesthetically from the outside it was highly attractive but the reality was pretty disappointing. We were on the ground floor in a room that looked over the road. Our room was incredibly dark and to light it up you had strip fluorescent bulbs which created a seriously harsh environment. Breakfast was quite annoying - they give you a token for...

One of the best hotels in town! The food was good and the service excellent. You can't beat the price and location. Downtown Palenque was 10 minutes walking distance, restaurants and bars even closer. I will highly recommended to everyone.

Although this was not the nicest hotel we stayed at during our 2 week trip around Mexico/Guatemala, it was pleasant for the price. Our room was clean and spacious but nothing fancy. It had a balcony overlooking the main road, which we were a little worried about being too noisy, but it didn't bother us at all. The staff was...

The restaurants food was good. The location is nicely in the middle of a quieter part of town called 'canada' (?) - but close to the bus station, plenty of restaurants and shops. The design of the baths were odd... not enough ventilation. Although they had a vent, wouldn't air quickly The rooms very modest and budget.

This is the place to stay in Palenque town. Always felt secure. Parking was secure, rooms were clean, pool was clean. We went to a nearby Taqueria named 'Arcos' which my wife said was the best during our trip. Many other options for dining nearby local or with the comfort of other tourists around you. Bank machines and shopping at...

In between some long travels and night busses, I managed to relax a day at the swimming pool here. Just what I needed. Otherwise the hotel is comfortable, but pretty predictable. A decent room, but as my room was located just next to the restaurant/bar area, it got quite noisy. I had some mixed experiences with the staff, going from...

Hotel Chablis is a short walk from the ADO bus station yet it feels like a quiet, leafy suberb. Our room was on the 2nd floor of the new block - a spacious, clean and comfortable room with balcony. The pool and gardens were very well maintained. The WiFi was strongest in the pool area. A well managed hotel.
