Some faults with this hotel but generally good. We stayed in room 223 which was big and spacious but also a bit stuffy. The air-con wasn't great, neither was the ceiling fan. Unfortunately we had a noisy family next door (not the hotels fault) but there is a shared door which is paper thin (that is the hotels fault) so...

Nice and spacious hotel, charming and relax. Good rooms with airco, wifi and good showers - though very little natural light. Very nice pool and pool area with plenty of small tables for a snack or a beer - attentive staff. Very good breakfast and large selection of food and beverages. Good location on a nice (yet little touristy) street...

Great Service. I forgot my camera in the Hotel and travelled 4 hours to another City. After a short phonecall with the hotel I was helped in an excellent manner by Antonio, who made sure that my Camera was send to our next hotel at no cost. Once again, thank you very much!

Nice hotel in the tourist area of Palenque. The rooms are clean and nice but a little updated. The pool is small and often crowded. The restaurant is nothing special, fortunately there are plenty of options just outside the hotel. Everything is designed for tour groups. But if you are traveling by public transportation this is the best place to...

Our stay here was great, hotel is on a quiet street, close to a few restaurants and a departament store, From the moment we arrived we were felt welcomed and everyone was very friendly. Rooms are big and seem recently renovated. Impeccable. Pool was nice and kids had a great time there. Breakfast was included in our rate and was...

Location of the hotel is perfect to visit the ruins of Palenque, also the ADO bus station is only 3min walk away. Rooms are very clean& nice, only the location of the AC directly over the bed is uncomfortable. Pool should also be cleaned, because it was a little bit dirty, lot of insects and leafs from surrounding trees inside....

Not only a good location, but also a nice pool, and a good restaurant. Easy to walk through town looking at stores and finding other eating holes. Travel agents are nearby that can arrange tour to nearby ruins. Or just take a taxi to the ruins and get a guide there.

Lovely hotel with lots of surrounding greenery. Clean and cool rooms which are a welcome relief on a hot day. Centrally located with many wonderful restaurants surrounding. Food was average but overall a pleasant stay

Stayed there 3 nights for a short visit of Palenque ruins ans San Cristobal. Great central location walking distance from everything. Room was quite large with cool good working AC. It was a little bit dark being on the first floor with all the vegetation around the hotel. Free WiFi with a reasonable speed. The only thing missing was a...

Pleasant hotel in La Canada. The pool is a great relief from the heat and humidity. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff doesn’t really speak English. The restaurant is the only disappointment, as the food wasn’t always up to standards. Parking and wifi available.
