We stayed here for 2 nights in November. Such a good find. Dean was so welcoming and the coffee and biccies were a lovely, warm welcome. The room was very comfortable and homely. Just what you need when you've been out walking all day. The breakfast was excellent, I didn't have the full English but my hubbie did and he...

I have stayed at this B&B several times between 2009 and 2014 , solo, as a couple and as part of a group. First thing is its very conveniently located close to the A66, easy to find but still quiet. Dean and Steph are incredibly welcoming and helpful; its always nice when you turn up after a 6 hour drive...

This wonderful B&B is located in between Penrith and Keswick. Great location for car free travelers as the bus stop is just across the road. Buses run on time, so you can plan accordingly. The host Dean was really helpful. They have the best breakfast :) It will fill you up enough for the day. Room and facilities were good....
