Georgia (new manageress) looked after us well, we were greeted on arrival by her. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Will definitely use this hotel again when visiting this area. As she was from the local area her advice was very useful.
Being placed on the 2nd floor with a dog wasnt an auspivious start. Nothing i like more than taking two flights of stairs in the dead of night to toilet a dog.

To be honest what confuses me the most, if you were that unhappy why did you not request to speak to the owner, instead of taking to the Internet! Personally I would have rather have spoken to someone and I certainly would not have stayed somewhere if I thought it was that bad?!? I would have requested my money back! But you did neither??? The people of St Just rely on seasonal work, and I don't think you appreciate how damaging your accusations are!!! I maintain the hotel is clean, yes it does have some issues, I agree but these are being resolved. No I am not thinking of changing jobs, I am trying to work very hard to bring this beautiful old building to a good standard, where genuine people can enjoy their stay and the souroundings! I guess we are not to everyone's taste and you cannot please everyone!
