The setting of this 16th century inn is fantastic. You almost feel like you could go back in time as you step into the stone foyer with a welcoming fireplace and seats. The staff was very helpful. Dinner was in a large well-appointed dining room and the breakfast room was very charming. If you are tall you need to watch...

A great place to stay with a large open fire to welcome you. Nice room and great meal with local recipes and good wine. The only issue is the lack of sound proofing between the bedrooms but this does not detract from a very pleasant stay. Our pickup from Arzua was prompt. Set us up for the last two days...

We arrived to this hotel in the evening. When we walked into the foyer are, there was a group of about 8 people all sitting around a real old world fire. The setting was very charming. We were shown to our rooms by a woman Who spoke no English. The bedroom Was quaint with stone exposed walls and a nice...

this is a lovely converted private home to a hotel. The setting is gorgeous. We were taxied here from the town. We had our dinner here. The pilgrims menu which you have no choice. Luckily we loved the food. The breakfast was a little disappointing. A lot of prepacked breads and cakes were on offer.

I'm really happy they picked me up in town, otherwise it would have been a very expensive taxi ride. With my booking it was included. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. The rooms were quite functional and large with a skylight for air. In the entry area they have a unique seating area with a fire place/pit that makes...

Wonderful place. A historic building nicely renovated offering a brilliant service and good food. They were really friendly and helpful. We were pilgrims walking the Camino and they made sure we had enough food for dinner and a wonderful breakfast to start the walk.

My family and I had the privilege of visiting this beautiful location which offered an opportunity to experience the authentic flavors of Spain in a setting that also honors its rich history and tradition. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an old world church (Parroquia de San Cristóbal de Dombodán) as we drove into the beautiful garden...

Last night we stayed in casa Brandariz after 3 days in the camino. Eduardo helped us to find a room and welcomed us in his beautiful house with wonderful views of Galicia hills. The room was very cozy. We had a great home cooked dinner. Eduardo's mum is a famed cook and it was all delicious. They were all very...

Loved this place. It's a wee bit out of Arzua but the owners will come and collect you from Arzua if you arrange in advance - and it's worth it. It's an old house beside an even older church in a hamlet and it's so quaint. The house has expose stone wall inside and beamed ceiling. Lots of lovely little...

I first stayed at Casa Brandariz in May of 2014 when I did the Camino from Sarria. I fell in love with the place immediately! And since the walk from Sarria to Santiago was too short and made me want to start from France, I simply had to go back to this lovely and quaint hotel on my way to...
