Best campsite ever. Spotless, manicured hedges and good pitches. Great showers, pools, restaurant. Just off A10 less than 1 hour from calais. The best site I've ever stayed on. Small shop, fresh baguettes in the morning, quiet rural area

Extremely pretty and well manicured campsite. Toilets and shower blocks are immaculate, very helpful and friendly staff.. Busy and fun during the day but all tucked up and peaceful by 11! Great bar, great prices...serves takeaway pizza & chips, to go with your BBQ or use the restaurant. Its 5* from steak tartar, salmon to arrabiata!. Fab tennis courts, boules,...

This was our last stop before Calais having travelled thousands of miles. What a pleasant relief. We got a nice pitch on a nice sunny day . We went to the bar to relax but the down side it was very expensive compaired to the other sites we had stopped at but it was a very pleasant experience . Only...

My wife and I tour Northern France with our caravan very often and one of the sites we use is La Val d'Authie. This has become one of the friendly places we have come across, the owners and staff are always there to make sure you enjoy the range of facilities they offer. This rubs off on the holiday makers...

Spent 3 nights under canvas here and the sight is lovely. My daughter loved the pool and although she didn't try it the kids club looked like great fun. The roller skating track was excellent as were the outdoor fitness things. We also had snails in the restaurant, I loved them, she didn't. The showers were clean and bread lovely....

This has to be our benchmark French site. We first pitched here in 2005 and we don't think we've missed a year since. Excellent welcome excellent facilities and so tidy with a good restaurant. We absolutely love it. We will have to return because we are addicted.

Written as a camper with big tent. Firstly the site - very friendly reception staff who have good English. The site is clearly laid out, good, private camping pitches and a good range of facilities. Except - the bar was tiny with rude staff who would happily speak English to children but look at you as an ignorant time waster...

It has been a few years since my last stay here but that is nothing to do with the site, just my circumstances. I am pleased to say it has changed and all for the better. The only dodgy part is the entrance to the site! I would imagine a camper van or towed van would have fun getting in...

First visit here and already booked the next one. Lovely big clear pitches. Pool and restaurant are first class yet food is good value. Always peaceful but kids will find enough on site to keep them busy. Lots of statics on site, but still enough space for the independent camper, plus rally field as well. Toilets and showers kept in...

We have stayed here for a week with 4 other groups of friends taking up a corner of the site. Our pitch was a large touring pitch and as it was sunny most of the week worked very well for us. The grass pitches are separated by little hedge rows with a pebble driveway for the site. On our Pitch...
